This wonderfully appointed property has been completely refurnished with brand new appliances, furniture, rugs and decorations in 2005.
The home has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults; 2 more could be accommodated on the daybed/trundle bed located in the office. There is an office area equipped with desk, printer/fax and high speed wireless internet service.
The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished with brand new Ethan Allen and Thomasville furnishings. The family room includes a flat screen TV and stereo. The home has been updated with new stainless appliances, and hurricane impact windows have been added to ensure peace and quiet. French doors open to the private yard with tropical heated pool and hot tub.
Master bedroom with private bath and it's own screened porch contains queen bed with new pillow top mattress and luxurious high thread count sheets for your comfort. The second bedroom also has new queen pillow top mattress. A third bedroom is a private getaway with 2 twin beds, TV, VCR, DVD and desk area which is perfect for the kids. All bedrooms contain TV's.
All linens include high threadcount sheets, beach/pool and bath towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and large refrigerator with icemaker. It comes complete with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The kitchen gives out to the patio seating area with fine Florida style outdoor dining.
There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room with iron and ironing board.
There is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture so you can lounge, relax or dine by the pool.

The house is conveniently located the in luxurious Coral Ridge section of Fort Lauderdale, only 1 mile to the Ocean / Beach, 1 mile to Wilton Manors, 3 miles to Downtown & Las Olas Blvd and a 15 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Airport.
