The house is located 2.5 miles to the Fort Lauderdale beach, walk to more than 10 restaurants and bars, you can rent a canoe to go around the island, supermarket (Publix) is around the corner and CVS pharmacy. It is a great location close to all, Las Olas Blvd. is around 3 miles and Galleria Mall is about 1.5 miles. Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors are famous for the diversity of people, you can go walking to a gay bar or straight bar, the same with restaurants, gym is a cross the street. You can drve to South beach in Miami in 50 minutes with no traffic. Miami airport is about 50 minutes drive, Fort Lauderdale Airport is about 15 minutes drive. Close to all the malls, Sawgrass Mall about 25 minutes, Aventura Mall 35 minutes, Galleria Mall about 10 minutes, close to I-95 and Florida turnpike.
