No need to look any further. This is a beautiful property with everything you need that's close to Fort Lauderdale's beach and reasonably priced!

The duplex is located in a very quiet area locally known as "Lake Ridge," which is near Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and Sunrise Blvd. It's only 1.5 miles to the beach, 2 miles to Wilton Manors and 2 miles to Downtown, Las Olas Blvd.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. 2 more can be accommodated on the pullout sofa in the living room.

All furniture is brand new and the entire unit was recently
remodeled. Every room has a ceiling fan.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath and tub. It also has a desk if you need to do any work. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds and share a full bath. Each bedroom features a sliding glass door to the outside. All linens are provided including beach towels.

The living room includes a couch, loveseat, a large TV with
satellite service, DVD/VCR combo and a stereo. There is a phone available for local outgoing calls.

The large dining room table seats 6 comfortably while the full kitchen has a microwave, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with icemaker. It comes complete with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The kitchen counter is tiled and there is a sliding glass door to outside.

There are tile floors throughout the entire unit. There is also a private full size washer and dryer. Of course, it is also air-conditioned. There is no smoking indoors. Sorry we can not accomodate pets of any size.

The small private yard has a wooden fence and many tropical trees and plants including palm, hibiscus and bougainvillea. There is outdoor furniture so you can relax, too.

Just a few short blocks away, you will find a brand new Publix supermarket, a Hollywood Video rental, 24-hour Walgreens drug store, 24-hour Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robin’s Ice Cream parlor and more.

Also, within one mile, all with in walking distance are some of the best restaurants in Fort Lauderdale including Red Star Tavern, The Capitol Grill, Canyon Southwest Café, il Mulino Italian Restaurant. Also within one mile are Big Louie’s Pizza, Bennigan’s and many fast- food restaurants.

There are an infinite number of activities very close by. Rent a boat for the day or pay just $5.00 for an all-day ride and tour on the water taxi, which takes you past multimillion-dollar mansions along the Intracoastal Waterway. Golfing, tennis, fitness centers, fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, live theatre,
cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, shelling and many other activities are all close by. Visit the nearby shops of Las Olas or stroll along Riverwalk and pick up the water taxi to one of the many restaurants along the route. The Performing Arts Center in Fort Lauderdale and the Office Depot Center in Sunrise, FL, offer many star-studded events to enjoy. The
Museum of Science & IMAX Theatre is another popular destination. The famous Fort Lauderdale beach is either a short drive or 20-minute walk away. Or, head west to the everglades for an exciting airboat ride.
