No need to look any further. This is a beautiful property with everything you need that’s close to Fort Lauderdale’s beach and reasonably priced!

The duplex is located in a very quiet area locally known as “Lake Ridge,” which is near Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and Sunrise Blvd. It’s only 1.5 miles to the beach, 2 miles to Wilton Manors and 2 miles to Downtown, Las Olas Blvd.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. 2 more can be accommodated on the pullout sofa in the living room.

All furniture is brand new and the entire unit was recently
remodeled. Every room has a ceiling fan.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath and tub. It also has a desk if you need to do any work. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds and share a full bath. Each bedroom features a sliding glass door to the outside. All linens are provided including beach towels.

The living room includes a couch, loveseat, a large TV with
satellite service, DVD/VCR combo and a stereo. There is a phone available for local outgoing calls.

The large dining room table seats 6 comfortably while the full kitchen has a microwave, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with icemaker. It comes complete with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The kitchen counter is tiled and there is a sliding glass door to outside.

There are tile floors throughout the entire unit. There is also a private full size washer and dryer. Of course, it is also air-conditioned. There is no smoking indoors. Sorry we can not accomodate pets of any size.

The small private yard has a wooden fence and many tropical trees and plants including palm, hibiscus and bougainvillea. There is outdoor furniture so you can relax, too.
