Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

Million dollar home in beautiful, affluent Lauderdale Beach....only
steps to the ocean. Very quiet beach since this is the last area
with single family homes on Ft Lauderdale beach. Near downtown Ft
Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, the airport and lots of shopping.

This home is large (2600 sq feet) and each of the three bedrooms has
it's own bath and walk in closet. It has been renovated with a
new roof, windows, kitchen and flooring. French doors open to a
relaxing patio area in a nicely landscaped back yard. The kitchen
has Kraftmaid cabinets with a full granite backsplash and Kithcen
Aid stainless steel appliances.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious attached bath with a rainfall
shower and double vanities with limestone tops. A separate master
sitting room opens onto the quiet front proch. It has a wall-mounted
42" flat screen TV. Total of approximately 1000 sq ft is yours to
luxuriate in...

A separate family room with comfortable furniture has a home theater
system including 46" Sharp Aquos wall-mounted LCD, in wall speakers
and surround sound and DVD player.

Deposits: Weekly: $1950 per week May through October $3250 per week November through April. Holidays (Christmas / New Years / Thanksgiving, etc) higher are $500 higher. Payment via credit card, personal check, money order. A security deposit of $1000 is required and refundable within 15 days of check out. All funds must be received 45 days prior to stay. Beautiful, well-furnished home so close to the beach. The owner has impeccible taste, the house is beautifully decorated. The spotlessly maintained pool and jacuzzi only add to the comfort of this wonderful residence.
