Located on Citrus Isles a very convieniently located neighborhood in Downtown Ft Lauderdale. The house is literally minutes from the Ft Lauderdale airport although not in the flight path.
A short 1.7 mile drive to Las Olas Blvd. .5 mile to I-95 at the Davie blvd exit. Just down the road is Miami and all that Florida has to offer. Jump on the turnpike or take a trip to the Keys. I rented this property from Mid October 07 through April 08 and really enjoyed my stay. The owner was very easy to work with, always attending to any issues (not that there was anything major) very quickly. The property is nice, great dock for sunning and boating, the back yard is very private with all the plants too. My friends loved it for entertaining, it's also a great layout for kids. I am happy to say, without reservation, that this is a first rate property and good place to be. I will miss my time here for sure...
