Completely furnished house with central AC, brand new flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, cable TV, DVD player, surround sound stereo system, updated kitchen with smooth top stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher ,washer and dryer and local phone service included. All towels, linens and kitchen pots pans and utensils included. House comes with a cable modem and wireless router as well.

Our family vacationed at this house for 12 days in March. The house is great if you are not looking for anything fancy. It is pretty small, smaller than you would expect from the pictures. We have a 2 yr old. It was an OK size for just the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. If they upgraded the mattresses, pillows, bedding and bath towels I would be more inclined to give them 4 stars. The place was not as clean as I would have liked when we got there. I had to go through and sweep and mop all the floors. The pool area is nice. I like the fact that we had control of the pools heater. When we arrived the pools filter was broken. We went the first 4 days with a somewhat dirty pool. We told them right away and they responded quickly, I guess that's just how long it takes to get a pool fixed. The walk to the beach isn't bad but it is longer than one block, probably takes about 5 min. depending on how bad traffic is on A1A. Over all good location and decent house and nice guys to rent from.
