our 2 bedrooms 1 bath is a relaxing place to feel right at home on your vacation to the Fort Lauderdale area. The living room features a full sleeper sofa and another sofa, 42 lcd TV, DVD/CD player and surround sound stereo system. The kitchen has all full size appliances and everything you need to create a great meal when you decide to eat in or out on the patio The newly renovated swimming pool features a new deck. There is a private laundry area free washer and dryer, . This property has been totally renovated in 2008 and all of the furnishings are new or nearly new with beautiful white tiles floors throughout. Cable TV is free as well as wireless DSL internet as well as local phone. Keep cool with central air conditioning and remote ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living and dining area. The tropical backyard is private and features outdoor furniture where you can relaxand watch the wildlife on the canals (fishes,birds, manatees, iguanas,turtles, etc ) or fish from the dock.

Outside great...inside not!!!

The pool and view are lovely as was the weather. The inside house smells, is vastly overpriced, 2nd bedroom and beds are the pits. Will not stay here again. Almost every book here is in French.
Owner's reply:
The house smells that day because the night before your arrival somebody cooked rice and forgot about it then the rice and the pan burned and smoked the house !!!
To day the house smells fresh and vanilla...
The twin beds matresses should be exchange this week.
Many books in french because we mostly rent to Quebec and french speaking guests.

Home away from home

The moment we entered we felt at home. Everything that was needed was at arm's reach. The backyard was definitely our favorite. The pool was perfect temperature and clean. The patio was secluded which was nice for our privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Our only recommendation would be new mattresses (twin beds) and a lock or block to keep the beds from moving on the tile floors. Oh and just for aesthetics, color on the walls would make it not seem so sterile and a remodeled bathroom to match the rest of the updated house. We also really liked working with Guy. He was flexible in meeting with us and made our check out stress free. Fran and Jay, if you ever think of selling let us know!! Thanks for aiding to our memorable vacation.

Comfortable getaway

We found this small two bedroom very comfortable and just what we were looking for. The house was clean and in a quiet residential area. It was equiped with all the nessessities for cooking and BBQing. Thepool was a treat and the ducks that came to visit daily were great hosts. I would stay there again if we were to be in Fort Lauderdale again.

We spent 2 excellent weeks at this terrific home. The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the waterfront, with its wonderful peace and quietness. We really miss our quiet breakfast mornings there! We would definitely return to this perfect vacation home.

Hi there, rented this property from March 30 to April 6, property was just as advertised, very clean and just recently renovated. It was great to have all the necessities of home. This property is a real gem, extremely serene backyard.Kids really loved the pool, I really enjoyed the peaceful surrounding and nature at our door step.
