our two bedroom one bath is a relaxing place to feel right at home on your vacation to the Fort Lauderdale area. The living room features a full sleeper sofa and another sofa, 42 lcd TV, DVD/CD player and surround sound stereo system. The kitchen has all full size appliances and everything you need to create a great meal when you decide to eat in or out on the patio The newly renovated swimming pool features a new deck. There is a private laundry area with stackable, full size washer dryer, too. This property has been totally renovated in 2007 and all of the furnishings are new or nearly new with beautiful white tiles floors throughout. Cabl TV is free as well as wireless DSL internet. Keep cool with central air conditioning and remote ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living and dining area. The tropical backyard is private and features outdoor furniture where you can relaxand watch the wildlife on the canals (fishes,birds, manatees, iguanas,etc ) or fish from the dock

We spent 2 excellent weeks at this terrific home. The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the waterfront, with its wonderful peace and quietness. We really miss our quiet breakfast mornings there! We would definitely return to this perfect vacation home.

Hi there, rented this property from March 30 to April 6, property was just as advertised, very clean and just recently renovated. It was great to have all the necessities of home. This property is a real gem, extremely serene backyard.Kids really loved the pool, I really enjoyed the peaceful surrounding and nature at our door step. Thanks so much we had a wonderful time in your home.
