Beautiful pool home, located just 5 minutes to the beach by car. This home has all the comforts that you would expect in a wonderful vacation rental. As you enter you will immediately notice the wooden floors throughout the house. Then your eye will take you to the living room that has been put together with the vacationer in mind. The room has enough room for everyone to enjoy those late night movies, when you 're trying to spend that quality time with your family and friends.

The bedrooms in the house have been completely redone, including new platform King Bed in master, Queen Platform in Guest Room, and Queen in Second Guest. The Guest Bathroom has a tub with shower and vanity, the master bath is a shower with vanity ensuite. The bedrooms have been fitted with the highest quality sheets and linens for your stay.

The dining area opens up with views to the water and pool area. The dining area is perfect for entertaining your family for dinners or cocktails after dark. This is the perfect home for those who want to enjoy their time away. The dining area seats 6, but there is also additional seating at the bar area of the kitchen, for those additional guests who may be joining you.

The most amazing part of this house has to be the pool and deck area. This area has been a favorite of our past guests, with it 's large open area and inviting pool. The deck also features a dock for those who may want to hire a yacht while in town. Additionally there are two grilles, a dining area outside for those looking to eat breakfast or dinner by the water or just while enjoy the beautiful Florida weather during their stay.

The home is central to everything. You can enjoy Las Olas Boulevard in a short drive, go to the Galleria Mall, or just enjoy the beaches in Fort Lauderdale within a few minutes. There is nothing holding you back from enjoying one of the best holidays ever! We will also accept small outside weddings, as the house has enough space for a small ceremony for up to 40 people. Great house, right on the water, some nice antiquing if you like that, great "one of a kind" shops. If you have pets, perfect for them, I brought my dog and he loved it! Not to far from beach and Publix on corner.

I got married here and we had a fabulous time. Maria got us all the catering, we just had to find a place for parking which was easy. I highly recommend the house for weddings, it's a little more expensive but for us with 30 guests it was great. Super cute House for anyone.
