Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

This is a very large & private, quiet, charming, tropical & bright one bedroom duplex fully furnished. This includes your own private patio, lawn, courtyard, grill & driveway.

We also have a studio that is in a separate building behind the one bedroom duplex house. The studio apartment also has its own private patio, driveway, and courtyard.

We enjoy our guests we have owned this property for over 32 years and it has all new furniture and appliances Jan. 08!

They are located in Coral Ridge which is a prestigious & very desirable RESIDENTIAL area of east Fort Lauderdale located § mile from Fort Lauderdale 's Beach, ¼ of a mile from the Galleria Mall and less than 3 minutes from Las Olas & Wilton Manors. The homes are East of US1 (Federal Highway) between Oakland Park Blvd & Sunrise Blvd & more specifically South of NE 26 ST. Approximately a 15 - 20 minute ride to the airport.

The property is large enough, you do not need to share your outdoor space with anyone if you like! These duplex homes have very much more privacy, space and charm than a condo or apartment.

This 1 bedroom duplex has an eat in kitchen, living room, bedroom with a king size bed & full bath. The living room is very spacious, well lit, and has a couch and love seat with 4 very comfortable recliner chairs. The apartment includes, cable, TV, new linens, new paint and all new appliances purchased Jan 08! The kitchen has dinette set, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and all utensils, glassware, plates, pots/ pans and silverware are also supplied. There is also a large capacity washer and dryer for the unit.

This is one of the original Fort Lauderdale style homes and are immaculately CLEAN!

Both have private patios with grills & have a beautiful tropical garden, surrounded by many
plants, and trees with total shade or complete sun available to you. You can relax, BBQ and take your mind away from your daily grind.

The studio has a queen size bed, dresser, end tables, food preparation area with a full size refrigerator, dual burners to cook on, microwave, coffee maker and a 2 person dinette table with chairs 25 inch TV with cable and a large capacity WASHER / DRYER! Your private patio is just steps from your apartment and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees to add to the ambiance!

• Lodging Tax: 11%
   
• Deposits: A $1,100.00 security deposit required on one bedroom duplex and $1,000.00 security on the Studio apartment. A non refundable 50% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. The balance of the rent should be received 45 days before the check in date to guarantee the rental. Rates are subject to change without notice.
   
• Other Fees: There will also be a $70.00 Cleaning Fee on weekly rentals or $ 150.00 Cleaning Fee on monthly rentals. 11% sales tax must be added to the rental amount.
