We rented this house thinking it was close to the beach[10 min drive it said]more like 25 mins by car,it was not close to anything,shopping beach,food,no walking anywhere.The pictures of the house and yard looked great.We arrived to no table or chairs out side,no pads on the rusted lounge chairs a diry pool that had no heater,removed before we arrived.We had said we would wait to see if we needed the pool heated, [extra charge]to find it didn`t have a heater and was too cold to use for the month.We had to ask for covers for the dinning chairs,the were all stained.The drains in both washrooms kept backing up,there was no heat in the house for very chilly nights.And we had a rat running around!I was very excited about this holiday till I was cold, coundn`t swim,had to drive EVERYWHERE!and had a rat!GOOD LUCK

House is on edge of a very bad and dangerous neighborhood with many break ins and neighbors are very hostile as they claim this is an illeagal vacation rental unwanted in their neighborhood, and will call the police if you sneeze too loud.

This home is in an area that does not allow vacation rentals! If you rent this property you will risk evection, serious neighbor issues and the loss of your money. Stay away!! You are not welcome here!!

Myself and a few friends plus kids stayed here for 4 nights. It is a beautiful house with everything you would ever need supplied. The outdoor area is great with lots off seating a great area for a get together!!. The house is not really close to anything so i would advise that you had a car as we didnt and spent a fortune on cabs!!!
