This Romantic home is nestled in the quiet area near Wilton Manors in the heart of exciting Fort Lauderdale. It offers the best of city with the beach approx. 10 minutes away by car. Las Olas approx. 5 minutes by car and all it's shopping and museums and waterways are a tourist mecca and center of high end commerce to Fort Lauderdale.

Enter this Lauderdale home from your circular drive for added elegance. Your adventure begins in this once summer beach villa through a soft yellow exterior to a living room. It has three bedrooms with two full baths. You have tile throughout the spacious floor plan. You will walk each morning into your newly designed designer kitchen a chef's dream! In the mornings,You can sip coffee in the dining room. Or relax at the pool on a tropical patio set enjoying the sunlit day enjoying the view of the tropical palms and tropical foliage outside.This home has a fantastic pool oasis with a spacious deck for sunbathing and soaking it the warm tropical breezes of the Florida sky. The pool offers complete privacy and natural vegetation and a tropical island feel to refresh your soul daily. Then travel to your master retreat for a intimate evening or a private bath in jacuzzi tub your room also have a private exit to the sunbathing area of the pool. For your safety, the house has reinforced windows for Florida's extreme weather. Home has a dining room for six, and a living room with a couch that can be a full size bed also. The home has for your Television viewing a 50' Big screen Television and three other TV's are included in the home.In the Master bedroom we have a new 32" LCD TV for your enjoyment. The larger TV sets each have DVD players for a total of three. We include also high speed internet and a vista compatible printer, scanner and copier. Home includes all bedroom linens and bathroom towels and 2 beach towels for your lazy pool days. For those families or executive desiring a five star experience at a two star price this is your home - don't delay we are only a e-mail away! Any special request can be accommodated with proper notice and some fees may apply.

We require a security/damage deposit of $500-600.00 monthly or $300 weekly.
A small pet fee for house trained small dog(s) of $100.00USD for the length of your stay with us. $150.00USD cleaning fee will be charged. Note: Security/Damage deposit will be returned depending on checkout condition of the property. Additional guest is over six and over the age of fourteen at $50 a day. Also the home is totally non-smoking smoking is permitted in the outside pool area. If home is found having a smoking scent you will be charged $400 additional for breach of contract. Lost key charge of $250 also will be charged. Also a lost remote control is $100 charge.

This hideaway is located in the fantastic city of Fort Lauderdale where you find ocean in harmony with the coast. The pristine white beaches and gentle winds make this a fantastic vacation spot.

The homes is nestled in the area next to Wilton Manors and within driving distance of all local grocery and major retail shopping. You will find all services are within approx. 10 minutes drive.

The homes in the area rent for more weekly than this home monthly. Only approximately 5 minutes from the famed area of Las Olas

To book we take 30% deposit to hold reservation once accepted its Non-Refundable and balance is due 10 days before arrival. Rates are for six people max there is a $60.00 charge per day for additional guest. Max amount allowed is seven guest in home. Owner reserves the right to refuse rental to any person within all legally protect
   
• Other Fees: A small dog fee is $300 a month or $100.00 for the week added to rental amount. Also a $100 security deposit added to the standard security deposit. If pet leaves home dirty or needing repair we will charge you the $150 cleaning fee then take it out of security or credit card as incidentals. So please take care of your pet and the lodging. Also a incentive to cash guest is provided for cash. For credit cards there is a $45 fee if using pay pal.

I stayed at this home for a month and I just wish that I could have stayed longer. The home is like a real home away from home, its relaxing, comfortable and everything you would dream of having on your vacation.  more...
