Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

It is a 2000 square foot 4 bedroom 2.5 bath pool home,right now one of the bedrooms is used as an office. There is a queen sofabed in one of the living rooms.

1.5 miles to the beach, 15-20 minutes to the airport,

15 minutes to Las Olas area for fine dining, boutiques and multimillion dollar waterfront homes.

The home is fully furnished, has a sitting area in the master along with a sleep number bed that allows you to adjust the firmness on each occupant and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
House has a den, living room ,dining room seats 6 and another dining area that seats 4,

sunroom overlooking the pool area. Gas barbecue, hammock, very private fenced in backyard,

large circular driveway, 2 car garage , television, 2 pullout sofas 1 in bedroom 4 and 1 in living room
wireless internet, satellite television, extremely close to malls , grocery shopping, restaurants etc.

Drug/convenience store is .25 mile, large supermarket is 1 mile, south beach is a 30-35 minute drive.

Galleria Mall is 10 minutes away.

Fort Lauderdale Beach is 5 miles.

Area Description

Beach is 1.5 miles, near plenty of restaurants on Federal Hwy, Galleria Mall with high end shopping, highway 5 minutes drive to get you to Palm Beach in 30 minutes or South Beach in 32 minutes.

This is a family neighborhood, well maintained, walk to drug store, Staples, liquor store, 1 mile to grocery store, Ballys for exercise, many restaurants of all types.

The house was very clean, well decorated and the owners are really friendly. I will definitely recommend this property for a peaceful vacation in Fort Lauderdale. Further more the house is close to everything; Very convenient.
