Perfect family vacation spot!

This was our first trip to Florida so we didn't know the area or what to expect. I spoke with the owner before we arrived and he was very informative on what the area had to offer and all the amenities that would be available. First off, the town was VERY safe and residential. The house is in a perfect spot within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, a Dunkin Donuts, pizza place, multiple restaurants, the pier and the park. We were there during the 4th of July and the town hosted a parade which was really nice for the kids. We were also a short day trip drive down the coast to Miami and the swamp boat expeditions - very cool. The house itself was very nice, the owner put some effort into making it nice and welcoming for families. Our kids loved the pool and all the little lizards that roamed the back yard which kept them preoccupied for quite some time. The back yard is extremely private and a great spot to catch some sun and hang by the pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were also very nice, clean and new which was important to us. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was a big plus. There was a maintenance grounds keeper available if we needed anything or had any questions Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Family vacation

This home is beautiful!! My wife, three children, and mother in law stayed here for a week. House is very luxury and comfortable. We spend most of our time in the pool. I have stayed in other homes with pools, I can say this one was number one. House was very clean and a quiet neighborhood. Beach is one block away. Everything you need is walking distance. Dunking donuts, diner, market, dollar store and cvs are all 200 feet away. I would recommend this house to anyone whom is looking for a great vacation home in south Florida.

Nice quiet vacation

We loved the private pool and backyard. Had fun grilling and staying cool. This place was perfect for 7 adults and 3 kids. Very nice kitchen cabinets and large dining room table. The location is perfect. 4 doors away from Publix, about 300 yards to the beach, also nice restaurants a short walk away. We would stay here again.

Bougainvilla Paradise

We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house we rented on Bougainvilla was great. We were 1 block to the beach/ocean or we'd stay home & swim in the pool. Any type of shopping that you needed or wanted was at our finger tips. Billy, who was around to help out if something went wrong, was great at helping us out with a few problems that did occur. We really enjoyed ourselves and will recommend it to family & friends.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!!

I recently vacationed here with five friends. As soon as we walked through the front door we instantly fell in love. The house was beautiful and looked identical to the pictures. Nearly everything we needed during our stay was already in the home. It was conveniently located steps from a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house was clean, relaxing, beautifully landscaped, and the neighborhood was quiet. I think we enjoyed the private pool the most. We stayed five days and four nights. When it was time to return home, neither of us wanted to leave. This house was Absolutely Perfect! If I ever vacation in Florida again, I'm definitely booking this home. I'll just plan for a longer stay next time.

Fabulous home away from home

We were so pleased with this home. It is modernly updated, fully equipped and very clean. It is also in a great location.. Walking distance to beach, grocery store, bars and restaurants. Absolutely loved the heated pool and tropically landscaped yard. We would definitely recommend this property...our vacation was wonderful.

This was a very nice house that had a great backyard with a pool. It was steps to the beach the family and the kids loved this place. Lots of great restaurants and a grocery store named Publiks was 50 feet away. Thanks again!!!
