Two bedrooms ( queen size bed, twin bed ) bathroom has new glass shower doors.
Large living room (sofa, loveseat, two chairs).
Dining room ( round table and four matching chairs)
Florida Room (sofa and recliner, TV) Windows all across the wall. Walk out to screened-in patio.


This community is largely French-Canadian during the winter months. They generally rent anywhere from mid-October thru April. We have many returning renters who have formed close friendships.

Area Description

This is in a 55+ community. There are two swimming pools (one heated). There is a large community hall where they show movies, have pancake breakfasts, super bowl parties and many other activities.
The grounds are maintained by a homeowners association.
Shopping center is within walking distance (Publix, et al.)
A community bus services the Mainlands and public buses are just outside the community. It is a conveniently located area.
It is located between the Florida Turnpike and I 95 just off Commercial Blvd.
Prospective renters must apply to the community board and submit proof of age. Children are permitted as guests.

Broward Center for the Performing Arts and the Parker Playhouse have first rate entertainment. Riverwalk features boat tours, restaurants and entertainment. Boats can be hired for personal use as well as deep sea fishing or tours
along the intracoastal.
