We had a wonderful stay at this home in Ft Lauderdale. It had everything promised. It is a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful family vacation.

My family and I (all 12 of us) recently enjoyed an incredible family vacation at Casa Shores in Pompano Beach! The service from the moment we booked our getaway up to and including while we enjoyed our week long vacation was top shelf. Being from Canada, and relying only on what information is provided on websites, the entire process was at first bit nerve racking, however from the moment we put in our first inquiry all worries were immediately put aside. The staff was eager to help answer any questions and provide any additional information, making it incredibly easy for us and a pleasure to deal with! From the moment we first walked through the door to start our family vacation, everything was perfect. The space of this home is incredible, especially if you are looking at travelling with a large family. Every bedroom was modern and beautifully decorated and provided an incredible amount of space, especially those closets!! I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to be able to take all of our clothes (including the kid’s) out of the suitcases and feel right at home without having to dig through a suitcase in a tiny space all week. The outdoor area of the home is spectacular, a wonderfully large sitting area (to enjoy those wonderful Florida evenings), including a space for catching the daytime sunshine! The pool was unbelievable, so much so the kids didn’t want to get out! It was all fully loaded with high end loungers and chairs, great for sitting poolside. We loved having the ability to bbq, as well as the large (very functional kitchen) including a wonderfully large dining room table for family meal times, allowing for us all to sit together! The location of the home is perfect, especially if you love to shop! You are close to a wonderful mall, Target and grocery stores, and it doesn’t take long to get to where you want to go, how convent! Plus, having the private beach access was very handy, providing for many wonderful walks along the beach. I would fully recommend this diamond in the rough “family” friendly home to anyone, and certainly would not hesitate to return again with my own family. This trip was a well needed retreat for my entire family and it provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy time together, including some cherished memories that we will never forget!

We loved the house, and our grandchildren want us to buy it! Veery roomy and accommodating. We were met by a friendly team member who went out of his way to help. We chose the house because we could walk to the beach and not worry about parking a car. Also, the beautiful lighthouse which we treasured. We ate out on the deck, used the pool morning, noon and night We enjoyed the beach at sunrise, to play in waves, and at twilight to see the lighthouse rays. Wonderful time.

Our extended family of 9 stayed at Casa Shores over spring break. It was a great house and we had a fabulous stay. The photos hardly do the property justice! The house was larger than we expected and well laid out. The bedrooms are spacious and have more closet room than I do at home! There are 5 nicely decorated bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and easily accomodated our three family units. The heated pool is a great amenity and was used more than a few times a day. We really enjoyed having breakfast by the pool which was made easy with the pass through kitchen window. There is lots of patio furniture around the property. What I loved best is that you can have breakfast by the pool, read in the loungers off the master or have Happy Hour in the yard with the cute little geckos that like to visit. The house is located a few minutes from the beach and decent shopping. All in all, we had a great stay and would definetly recommend this property!!!

I actually visited Casa Verano in South Beach and I had a fantastic time!!! It was supposed to be a couples vacation so when I first arrived, I was very sad and missed my boyfriend terribly, but Casa Verano turned to be more than I expected and truly helped me get over missing him so much. It was centrally located and I had easy access to resturants, clubs, stores, and most of all, the beach!!! I would recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a great time, and a great night sleep when the partying is done!!!!

We rented this house for a short time (5 days) because we were having some work done at our house and needed to stay somewhere else local. The house's highlights are simple: Comfortable beds, a nice pool and patio, a nice local neighborhood, and very close to the beach. Our first impressions of the house on our arrival, however, were disappointing. The entry door and front porch overhang are in rough shape, and the fans and steel work that you first see after entering the front door are rusty and dirty. This left us feeling cold and apprehensive about the house. Inside, the house has a lot of sliding doors and their track areas are not very clean. The carpet is also quite worn. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was updated and nice. The pool and patio area are also very functional. In the main dining / living room, the furniture doesn't really live up to the house's price point. The dining room set's chair legs are padded and some of the pads are missing so all of the chairs wobble. The entertainment center armoire doesn't hide the wires behind it, and gives the place kind of a dorm room feel. Lighting in most of the rooms was inadequate. And the bedrooms need some sitting chairs. And definitely the whole house could really use a fresh coat of paint and stain in all of the inside rooms. My impression of the house was that the owner may be budgeting their maintenance and improvement dollars, and that this budget is a bit too tight. We also initially had no internet, and this was fixed but it took 3 days to resolve, and we needed to reset and reprogram the wireless router ourselves. I was very pleased with the local property management company. Jason was attentive and helpful with the internet issue. (The delay was related to Comcast's schedule.) I'm not sure, honestly, if we'd rent this house again. It was a nice enough house, but to call it a 5 star luxury property is not really very accurate. Perhaps at a lower price point, this would have felt more logical.
