3 bedroom / 2 bath waterdront home on ocean access canal . Fully furnished kitchen with granite contertops . mexican tiled floors thru-out exceot for carpets in the bedrooms. bathrooms are fully tiled with master bath having a Roman shower. There is access to bathroom directly from pool. There is a multi-tiered deck overlooking the water which extends from the heated pool and the tiled area surrounding the pool to over the canal. There is a hot tub beside the pool. Smoking is permited outside the house.

House is located 1 mile from I-95 , 2 miles from FL turnpike , 10 miles from the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Int. Airport and is 3 miles from the beach.
