• Deposits: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival plus a damage deposit of $250. PayPal, money orders, wire transfers are accepted forms of payment. The damage deposit will be returned within 15 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning and or damage.
   
• Other Fees: There is a $100 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs at check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).
