Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

This house has it all!Nice location to everything . 3 miles to beach , 2 miles to dowtown . The house is a two bedroom on bath house . The house sits on a very private yard surrounded by tropical gardens, pool, decks, and water. The iside has mexican tile threwout. Master bedroom has a King size bed New in 2008 and TV , CD player and DVD with french doors opening out to a 1200.00 sqr. ft. deck over looking the private gardens and private water way . You have no home across the water. Fish and wild life are all around you.
The second bedroom has two twin beds ( new in 2008 ) TV
The house has internet and wireless internet and local phone and cable tv.

The bathroom has a slate floor and a walk in glass block shower.
Living aria has a large leather sofa and big screen tv and VCR, DVD and CD player. The kitchen has everything your going to need to cook a great meal or entertaining . Fridg stove and mircowave and dishwasher , garbage disp,
The kitchen has a table that sits 4 people and 2 sets of french doors leading to the 1,200 squar foot deck and tropical gardens and water way . Table and chairs and bar and grill are located on the deck.
Lots of places to eat and just hang outside with a bar , table and chairs located in 3 spots on the deck.

Pool in the front is a new black bottom pool ( ask to turn on before check in ) You can see to the bottom of the pool and is clear In the pitchure it looks dark but that is just the bottom. It is the same as a blue bottom just holds in the heat with a black bottom pool. The pool 5 feet deep. So NO DIVING IN POOL. Have a great time and enjoy our home . The pictures are exactly how the house looks. Very clean, the gardens are beautiful. Extremely private and we loved the feel of the tropics. The pool was properly secured and we felt very safe with our 3yr old. Lots of places to sit out and eat. Alot of drawers for clothes. Parking for at least 3 cars. We made alot of lizard friends and our son misses the pool.
