Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

You'll enjoy the view of the water and golf course from the 12 FT windows of this 3400 sf home. The house is elegantly furnished and features 2 living rooms, a breakfast area that sits 6, 4 bedrooms, marble floors, 4 bathrooms, pool table, wireless internet and satellite tv. The kitchen is newly renovated with dual ovens, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You can have a bar-b-que and enjoy the golf course and water views or you can take a swim....the association pool is only feet away! Sit around the pool and enjoy the florida weather, Play pool with friends or family or golf in the back yard.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bathrooms, walk-in closet and a Television. It also features a sliding glass door that takes you to a sitting area facing the golf course. Both bathrooms are decorated with marble walls.

The Second bedroom has a full bathroom, queen size bed, exercise machine, television, dvd player and xbox.

Third bedoom has a full bathroom, queen sized bed, walk-in closet, television and dvd player.

The fourth room has a daybed with twin double beds.

Family room has a 56 in DLP tv with a Bose surround sound system, and a pool table for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is newly renovated with granite counter-tops, custom lighting and television.

The breakfast area, located next to the kitchen, sits 6, has wonderful natural light and golf course view.

Wonderful Place! Great Price!

We were a family of 6 adults and a baby (20 months). The place was great. We loved the breakfast dining area and the main living room area the most. The place was clean, spacious, and overall just nice and elegant. The pictures do not do the place justice. The place was definitely worth the price and the price wasn't bad either. We used the community pool one night and it was completely empty giving it a personal feel. The area out back is really nice where there was a golf course, you could see ducks and turtles every morning and evening, and is a nice natural setting. The natural setting is really nice from the inside because the windows facing the back are extremely large and let in a lot of sunlight. The place may not be right on the beach, but it is still within 15-20 minutes. Also the surrounding neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owner/agent was extremely helpful, nice and accommodating to all our questions and needs.

Beautiful, quiet home

The house is very large, beautiful and quiet. It is surrounded by a golf course, and is next to a well-maintained community pool, rarely used. Very quiet, safe neighbourhood, we sayed there for seven nights with a small child and had a great time.
