Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

A beautifully landscaped contemporay home with all the comforts opens up to the outdoors thru french doors onto 2 separate furnished patios while remaining completely hidden from street view. Every convenience has been anticipated both indoor and out. Quality furnishings are amply supplied and easily accessible in the home. We also provide necessities for beach outings. "Keep it simple"
is our motto.

Area Description

We are located in a great neighborhood full of dog lovers and within walking distance to the shops and resturants of Wilton drive. Just a short drive are services including banking, grocery, pharmacy, drycleaners etc. Galleria Mall, Ft. Lauderdale Beach, and I-95 are all within 2 miles.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 12 p.m.
Required Stay: 4 night minimum
Lodging Tax: 11%
Deposits: Full rental amount due no less than 60 days in advance for monthly & 30 days in advance of weekly. $1200 refundable security/damage deposit required. Payments made within these parameters are non-refundable but we are happy to re-book within (1) year. If your cancelled dates result in a fulfilled booking, you will be credited accordingly.Cancellations outside of these parameters are refundable and will incur no penalty except cancellation/rebooking fee.
Other Fees: $200 Deposit required to reserve dates. Cancellation/re-booking fee $75 and clean-out fee $125 for all rentals. Pets require addtional fee and pet security deposit. Monthly rental rate negotiable. Call Owner.
