Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

You will feel like you are in a Tropical Paradise the minute you walk inside this fully tiled clean home. Waterfront both in front and back for privacy! The best part about this home is the breathtaking back yard with lush exotic foliage surrounding the two rock waterfalls cascading into the heated spa/pool. A perfect place to relax and entertain all at the same time. In our family room you will find a huge 63" big screen TV with surround sound both inside and around the pool area. Our funtional living room has a big grand piano and congo drums for anyone musically inclined. A big 6 Burner Stainless Steel Gas Barbecue grill is conviently located on the patio for you to cook up some yummy chops, burgers, steaks etc. Ideally located within 10 minutes from everything including beaches, downtown, convention center, airport and the Seminole 'Hard Rock' Casino where there are great shows preforming nightly.

As a "BONUS", we are including a complimentary cruise on our 52' motor yacht for all our weekly guests to cruise up the
intra-coastal waterway to view the mansions and estates of many celebrities. This is something that most people are not able to take advantage of as you can only see these estates from the waterway. While cruising we can either stop at one of the great waterfront restaurants for lunch or dinner or if you prefer, bring the food and drinks on board and we will be glad to host you and your guests; either way, you will have a wonderful time.

Area Information

Our home is located in an exclusive neighborhood of high end homes. Our street is private with waterfront both front and back for privacy.
Tennis Courts and Golf courses are near by. The beaches, downtown, airport, convention center and the Seminole 'Hard Rock' Casino are just a few minutes from the home.
The Everglades is within 20 to 30 minutes from the home where you can take Airboat rides.
There is lots to do so your stay will be so much fun when you come.

Amazing Property with Stunning Backyard

We were a family of 6 adults and two small children renting this amazing property for two weeks. The entire house is absolutely stunning....but the backyard simply takes your breath away. There is more than enough room for a large group, complete with two bathrooms that have poolside access making it easy for changes etc. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather so we ate every meal outside. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus with everyone in our group. The large kitchen was well set-up to have two or more cooks "doing their thing". We loved the extra fridge space consisting of two pull-out refrigerated drawers in the island. But the highlight of our trip was definitely the amazing cruise than Mitch and Sue took us on. I was a little concerned about the length of this cruise since we had very small children, but no need to worry since Mitch's boat is even better equipped than his house. There was a bedroom and two bathrooms which we could use to put the little ones down. They very both for knowlegeable about the whole downtown Fort Lauderdale area, and then we docked and dined at a restaurant and completed our cruise at night with all the sights now lit up on our way home. It was breathtaking. Mitch and Sue answered all of my questions and concerns through the entire booking and renting process...and to top it off they gave me my damage deposit right on departure...first time ever this has happened to us. We truly enjoyed Fort Lauderdale and definitely plan on returning next year

Perfect Place to stay!

This vacation home was indeed the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Though it is a slight drive to the beaches, the house itself is absolutely beatuiful and extremely easy to get to. The pool, boat ride, and grill added to the entire positive experience. The owners are extremely welcoming and the entire premise is in top shape. I highly recommend this property to any group looking to make the most of their Fort Lauderdale vacation and to anyone who would like to find a home away from home!
