If you want a nice home for a special vacation or a family gathering, this is the perfect home.

Walk to the Beach or lounge at your own magnificent oversized pool in a private fenced backyard so you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors and wonderful Florida weather. If you prefer shade, lounge on the very large covered patio.
We provide you with beach chairs and large beach towels for your convenience.

Wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through expansive sliding glass doors to patio. We have 3 queen bedrooms and 3-baths. You will also find a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area and a cozy couch in our extra family room if you want to take a break from everything. Enjoy cooking dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.
Features include wireless high-speed internet access, 3 flat screen TV's, DVD's, CD player and stereo with surround sound. An IPOD doc for your personal music in living room.

Great location in charming Lauderdale by the Sea with many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. 10 minutes to Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Los Olas, and 30 minutes to South Beach.

Loved the place!

We were 4 adults & 4 kids and did not feel crowded at all. Nice, quiet neighboorhood. Everything is well though of, from the games in the game room to the menus in the dining room! Loved the private pool, although it was cold, but the kids had a blast. Each couple had their own privacy and the kids liked their own bathroom. We really appreciated having the high chair & the playpen, having a baby in the pack, there was even a baby car seat & booster seat if needed. The house is litterally 15 minutes away from Disney. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would rent this place in a heartbeat.

Great Home away from Home

We stayed here for one week with my family including my parents. This home had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It was conviently located with a short walk to the beach as well as located close to all major highways for easy access to all. Best part was the large pool & terrace area where my kids & nieces spent the majority of their time. Area is quiet & beautiful. I would recommend this home to you. It had all the things one needs to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My son had his own area to relax in as well.
