If you want comfort, value, elegance, views, ammenities, this is the house for you. Enjoy your stay at this inviting 2800 SQ FT home on the golf. This is a 3 bedroom with their own individual bathrooms, 1/2 bathroom for guest. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and feels like it sits smack in the middle of the golf course. You have golf views from every angle of this home. Besides gorgeous views, you have a great pool, a covered patio with fans, skylights, and screened in. The house has all the ammenities you would expect to find in a vacation home: Full kitchen with elegant wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, toasters, full utensils, dinnerware, etc, etc. 3 TV's in the house, DVD, FM Receiver, Wireless internet.
For the golfers, you can play as a guest in the community where there are two 18 hole golf courses. Cost to play is between $40 to $50. Equipment rental is at $25. We are also very close to many other golf courses as well.
House has high vaulted ceilings in living area, inside courtyard, and best of all you will feel like at home!!!

Besides great ammenities in this home, you are very close to many restaurants, pharmacies, superstores, nightclubs, and casinos. Restaurants such as Dennys, Ruby Tuesdays, Apple Bees, Boston Market, Einstein Bagels, Five Guys Burgers are within a 5-7 minute drive. There are plenty of other Italian, Chinese, Mexican restaurants also within 5 minutes. The beaches are only within a 15 minute drive. 15 minutes to the popular Hard Rock Casino .hardrockcasino. with 5 night clubs, comedy clubs, Vegas style slots, plenty of shoppes too. We are 15 minutes east of the largest South Florida Mall .SawgrassMillsMall. Plenty of shopping with brand name outlets you would expect in such a large mall.
