Very caring Owner. Impeccably kept home, beautiful enclosed yard and pool, and walking distance to stores, etc. Beautiful bathrooms, recently renovated. Lush, enclosed yard, very private.

Beach umbrella fell apart first use, toilet in hall bath never worked properly (even when Mark was there to check us in), leather furniture is actually pealing (vinyl or some other material), and the wireless cable goes out constantly. We ended up watching videos. The location is great but we had problems and Mark refused to return our security deposit and never gave a reason. He finally stoped responding to e-mailes and phone calls attempting to get our deposit back. I don't recomend this property.
In response with the people with the Beach Umbrella problem, it was not brought to my attention about a Beach Umbrella problem or toilet problem It works fine now and always has.. Leather sofa has a cover on it but it does not affect the use of the sofa.. The security deposit issue will be handled with my accountant.. I apologize if their emails did not get to me from last year.. We switched our online system in 2012 to an entire new system with new email and phone numbers because company re-orgaqnized..
