Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation home rental

A comfortable house just three miles to Ft. Lauderdale by the sea beach in a residential neighborhood area and nearby all attractions like restaurants, shopping and museums. Amenities include a fully furnished home with all the appliances and extras. It has large patio and a beautiful backyard with palm trees to relax by. Enjoy a fresh ocean breeze most days.
Large open concept family room with living and dining area and baby grand piano. The main bedroom has two single beds and second bedroom provides you a daybed with an extra convertible bed. For additional sleeping we have a sofa and child's cot.
There is a combination bathtub and shower in the bathroom. There is a dryer and washer in utility area. There is all necessary appliances in the kitchen including plenty of cook wear for your needs. There is an additional dining table in dining area as well as the kitchen area.
There is covered carport parking for one car and additional for more cars. The house offers internet and Wi Fi and satellite TV in two rooms.

Area Information

This is centrally located near Lauderdale By the Sea, and near all shopping areas.

Great place! Close to everything!

The house was as clean as it could possibly be and it was close to 95, but still in a very quiet safe neighborhood. Lots of nice shopping and restaurants all around, make a right out of the neighborhood, drive a few miles and your at one of the nicer family oriented beaches.

Great stay

My girlfriend and I just stayed at this house for a week. It was very clean and I found it very comfortable. The furniture was a bit older, but that's what made this house a home. It had a real nice grand piano in the living room, I only wished I knew how to play it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, close to shops and Lauderdale by the Sea. I will definitely return to this house again if it is still available. My stay at this property was a wonderful experience.

Clean and spacious

We paid a very reasonable rate of $550 for the week. The house was 10 mins. from beach in Lauderdale By the Sea which was great and the property was VERY clean. My reason for the rating has more to do with the property being quite dated. Older furniture, appliances, TV's, computer and outdoor furniture. As well, the property requires painting and newer flooring. However, as I stated it was very clean and that was important to us. For the price we were satisfied.
