Welcome to Casa Geneva. This spectacular property is truly the very definition of a five star luxury vacation home. Situated east of Federal HWY, in the exclusive country club community (the Atlantic Ocean is less than one mile away. This Five Bedroom / Four Bathroom custom pool masterpiece offers everything one could ask for. Upon entering this recently rebuilt residence, you are greeted by a large and very much open floor plan with marble floors and an immediate view of the pool area. Inside the backyard, you will see the large custom swimming pool, hot tub and patio area with a covered lanai. The large covered lanai allows guests to overlook the pool area while enjoying the shade and built in BBQ grill.

The entire living and dining area offers impressive floor-to-ceiling windows allowing guests unobstructed views of the lanai and pool area.

The open and newly designed granite kitchen is equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. The adjacent dining room offers seating for eight (8), along with seating for an additional four (4) at the nearside wet bar. The home offers 2 large and extremely private master suites. The master suites offer a king size bed, two night stands and dresser with a plasma television. The master bathroom offers a fantastic walk-in shower along with a new granite vanity sink. Located off the master bedroom is a double set of sliding glass doors which lead to a sun deck overlooking the pool. Also on the ground floor is the first guest bedroom, offering a queen size bed and nightstand. There is also two other large bedrooms, one offering two queen beds and the other with two twin beds. There is also a full size, walk-in laundry room.

This fantastic property comfortably sleeps 12 and is also provided with an aero mattress. Pack-n-Play is available upon request.

We had a wonderful time. Jason and his staff were very professional and helpful. They served as our un-official tour guides giving us great restaurant suggestions. The house is close to many great restaurants and the beach is incredible. The house we spacious and the pool was relaxing. We would love to come back!

Our family rented this house in January...getting away from all the snow in New York. We had a lovely stay. The house is awesome! Upon arrival everything was perfect. Clean, tastefully decorated. All the comforts of home. The heated pool is great for the colder months. Nice and secure location...very private. Inside had lots of space to spread out. Excellent for families, or couples get away. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans..etc. Good location too...close to shopping and nice restaurants Jason and his staff are excellent. Very professional, good follow-up. Always available to assistance during our stay. They were great in making the transaction trouble free. I can't wait to go back. Thanks Jason & team

I spend my family holidays in this house. The house is great and has everything you need. You feel like you are at home. Everybody has their own space as the house is spacefull. The swiming pool is heated and great to enyoy during the cold days. The house is new and neat. Someone came to clean the pool during our stay. The garden is beautifull. Everyone will love it.
