Nice home

November 28, 2012

The townhome was as described. The beds were comfortable and the unit very clean however the walls are in desperate need of paint. Location is great and we walked to the beach, grocery store and CVS. Kitchen was well stocked and was sufficient for our party of 10. The owner was easy to work with and fair when we enountered an issue. We would stay here again if returning to Ft Lauderdale.

We stayed here with a group of 12 people. There was ample room without feeling crowded. The pool table was a big hit - and the screened in pool in the backyard was great. Everything was provided, and the house was very clean and comfortable. A great stay!
