This is a new townhouse in Ft. Lauderdale with all the upgrades. The home is furnished with a full kithen, laundry, livingroom combo with dinning area. Two bedrooms with two private baths. Day docking and trailer parking is available. Overnight docking is for owners only. Fishing can be done off the dock. The complex has a nice pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas.

Really clean, everything we needed. Very nice place to live in Fort Lauderdale. Be sure that the construction is finished around the place 'cause it's noisy...

The house was clean and nicely decorated, there was everything what we needed for our one week vacation. (four adults) Location was ok, everything was short drive away.

the townhouse was very nice. It was well furnished and had a cozy decor. The pool and the area around it was very clean. It was a little cold to swim when we were there. Overall I would recommend it for a party of 3-4.
