Private canal waterfront home with hot tub and wifi. Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable villa on an ocean access canal/boat dock and private hot tub. Home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths with 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin with an additional rollaway. Very open floor plan. Totally furnished with most everything you will need during your stay. Tropical backyard with 2 chaise lounge and dining table and tiki torches. Propane gas grill. Very confortable home with many repeat guest.
Owner close by and available if you need help.

50% down at time of booking . Not booked until receipt of deposit. 2 day hold for overnight check. $500.00 refundable security deposit for 1 week $1,000.00 if monthly. Rate based on 4 people.

11% hotel tax

When we began looking for a vacation rental, we never thought we would find one so perfect to meet our needs! It was emaculate and well furnished, with lots of little extra touches. Everything we needed was right there. The access to the villa is so convenient and close to all surrounding activities. Beautiful and Comfortable

We went to Fort Lauderdale for my wife's nephew;s birthday. Our thanks to Leslie who made sure we were welcome and well taken cared of. The place is beautiful and comfortable with all we needed. The back porch with the canal was awesome!!! The rain dumped a load on us for days (Tropical Storm Debby) so we could not use it to the max, but it really looks pretty. During breaks between the rain, I would sit out there and day dream.The house is close to the airport, but we could hardly hear the planes going by. We already know where we are going to stay next time we are in Fort Lauderdale.

JUST LIKE HOME!

This was a great place..quiet suburb, just outside of Lauderdale Centre but close to all amenities including restaurants, clubs and shopping and minutes to I 95 and Lauderdale airport. Dania Beach was closest ...quite laid back.....popular for French Canadians. The house had full amenities...including bbq grille, patio with hottub...which made for ease of living. My son even brought his dog and we spent many enjoyable times on the dog permitted beaches. We would certainly consider renting here again as a home away from home. Thanks Leslie

Our stay was great and we had a wonderful time while in Fort Lauderdale. The home was very clean and beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for the four of us. The owner, Leslie, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I especially liked the king bed in the master bedroom and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We enjoyed our dinner under the gazebo several times. The home had everything we needed, and the location made it easy to get around. The bottle of wine and flowers were a very nice welcome. We will definitely call Leslie and stay again the next time we visit the area.
