Pool Area - Large Pool, Waterfront, 6 Feet at Deepest. Pool Area has Grille, outside Eating Area, and is Child Friendly with Gate Around Pool.
Dock Area - Great for Smaller Boats, up to 30 Feet, not Fishing Vessels as there are fixed Bridges. The dock does have electric.
Kitchen - Has Microwave, full Appliances, Toaster, Blender, all utencils, dishes, and cutlery are provided. Bar at eat in Kitchen sits 2.
Dining - Area seats 6, there is additional seating at bar for two. Dining area overlooks waterway and pool.
Other Amenities - Garage, Circular Driveway, Internet, Living room with Flat Panel 42" plasma, washer, dryer and board games provided.
Area is very friendly, with shoping, dining close by. Area is mainly waterfront homes, single story, very upper middle class, safe for kids and families.
Beaches are less than 2 miles away, we recommend a car.
