Third Bedroom features daybed or two full size beds,nightstand, built in, closet, tv, satellite.
Kitchen is fully equipped to entertain family and friends. It is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances which include dual oven, top of line refrigerator, microwave, stove top. It has all the extras you need such as blenders, plates, glassware, etc.

We were 3 couples and had a very relaxing stay at your home.Pablo was very helpful and easy to deal with.The home is close to everything and is equipped with anything you may need .We sure didn't want to leave and hope we'll be back some day. Thanks again Pablo.

first of all thanks to el Senor Pablo to be so disponable this is a great and really big house almost everything was there, the owner let us buy a new bbq grill and reimburse us . with just a little TLC this house will be very interesting to live there with your family, great golf course ,close to publix and all store you need to buy all you want, quality/price=5 stars sawgrass mills=15min beach=30min gulfstream =45min city place=45min again beleive me, for our 4th year renting house in south florida this is a great deal. We arrived at the home late in the evening of the 5th, the owner met us and introduced us to the home. The home said it housed 10, we had 11 (2 adults and 9 teenagers). The house and it amenities were fantastic. It provides all the comforts of home, including a pool table and it's own private pool. The athletes we had were able to watch the Olympics, eat together as a group/family, play pool to occupy time In between swim sessions at the meet. The home on the inside was very well furnished and beautiful. The females had the master bed room, with their own private bathroom, the boys had access to the other two bathrooms. We never felt crowded as there was plenty of space for all of us. The view of the golf course was very nice. The one down side, the garage was accidentally locked and we had to wait a day and a half to get to the trash cans and the washer and dryer to wash towels and clothes. If that was the worst, everything else definitely made up for that one small issue. The owner was most gracious, could be contacted and respond in reasonable time ( except the locked door) , that if allowed we would return to rent the property again if available. Last, the amenities outside the home, grocery stores, etc. were very close in relation to the home. Travel distance was an issue at all.

We stayed in this house with our teenaged kids and loved it. The house is something special and unique. Location is great in a very nice golf setting. Pablo was very helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely go again.

Wow, is the first thing you will say when you say upon entering this beautiful home. The architecture and design of this home are exquisite. Pablo could not be anymore kind and helpful. The neighborhood is quite lovely and the ambiance was incredible. I highly recommend this rental to everyone. we are looking forward to renting this home in the very near future

We stayed in this house for two months and it became like our own. Pablo was very welcoming and helpful. Tons of room, well appointed, with lots of extras. Great neighborhood to walk and my husband was entertained nightly by looking for golf balls. All the windows made the house bright and open. All in all a great place to stay, great places to eat, work out facilities close by. Everything you could want. We'd definitely stay again.

We recently spent a week with our whole family in this spectacular home. It was even better the the photos show, we were very happy with our stay. The owner was so friendly and helpful in helping to accommodate our needs for our disabled father. He was so easy to talk to and helped in so many ways. We hope to continue to spend an annual family vacations to remember our father and the happy memories we made in this amazing home.

The home as pictured is beautiful and the surrounding grounds are breathtaking. This is by far the nicest home we've stayed in so far and the owner Pablo was a pleasure to deal with. The location of the development was also very good in that it was in close proximity to shooping and local attractions. If you're looking to treat yourself and your family, I would highly recommend.

We loved the home. Everything is so breath taking. The owner and his family were so helpful with everything we needed, very kind people. The neighbors were very friendly, great place for pictures. I got married the week we arrived and took beautiful pictures after the wedding at the home landscaping. It's a gorgeous home. We are planning on staying next year as well. We had the best time, the three couples who stayed in your villa....It was a beautiful, spacious villa with all the amenities available. We were in awe with the magnificent decor throughout the home..A lot of "conversation" pieces.....A beautiful home away from home!....We felt like the "rich & famous" during our stay....The weather was great so we were able to have our breakfast outside on the patio and our daily swim by the pool each afternoon after golf....It was an enjoyable stay.....with many memories to look back on in years to come!!

Very nice house with plenty of space and a lot of rooms. The house is kind of unique, very well maintained and very clean. Also the pool area is clean and for a party of 4 really spacious (2 adults, 2 kids). We really can recommend this house to others. Pablo the owner is fantastic and very considerate & helpful. We would love to come back.

Went running away from cold and found us the perfect spot. No hype just right!!! The host was very helpful all the time. He help us feel right at home or helped us finding the right places to go. We even shipped out our XBox 360 which he helped us set it up late at night. The place is just as you see in the pics, no bait and switch. I enjoy playing golf in the community course while my kids enjoyed the pool!!!
