Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, PayPal, Visa
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 night minimum at $300
Lodging Tax: 11%
Deposits: 50% deposit upon reservation. 50% paid in full upon arrival. $500 refundable security deposit within 7 days. Deposit is slightly higher for group over 6 people.
Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee over 6 people. Additional people over 6 is $50 per person. No video recording other than for personal use. Rates will change should you want to record for music video etc.

Went running away from cold and found us the perfect spot. No hype just right!!! The host was very helpful all the time. He help us feel right at home or helped us finding the right places to go. We even shipped out our XBox 360 which he helped us set it up late at night. The place is just as you see in the pics, no bait and switch. I enjoy playing golf in the community course while my kids enjoyed the pool!!!
