• Deposits: 50% deposit upon reservation. 50% paid in full upon arrival. $500 refundable security deposit within 7 days. Deposit is slightly higher for group over 6 people.
   
• Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee over 6 people. Additional people over 6 is $50 per person. No video recording other than for personal use. Rates will change should you want to record for music video etc.
