An oasis in the city. Welcome to a tranquil setting in the the middle of the buzzing city of Fort Lauderdale and neighboring Wilton Manners, Lauderdale by the Sea and Oakland Park. Setting foot on this property will make you forget what you left behind. Our property sit on a culdesac nestled by matured trees and a small bridge that gives you entry in to a safe and relaxing heaven. Yet you are just a few minutes away from world class shopping, dinning and entertaining at the Galleria Mall, Las Olas Boulevard, The Famous Fort Lauderdale Beach Strip, River Walk, Wilton Drive, Museum of Discovery and Science, Imax Theater, Broward Center for the Performing Arts and much more. As you approach the property you are first greet by a lush garden and fountain with a winding path that leads you to the front door. Our home has an open concept floor plan on the first floor which is set and funished in a moden contemporary style . Offering you many settings for conversation and gatherings. The first floor is inclusive of a living room, dinning room, full kitchen( all stainless appliances which include dish washer stove microwave and fridge freezer and a pass through to the deck) breakfast area and family room( with an entertainment system that boasts a 52in flat screen TV, media center pc, blue ray dvd and ipod docking station.) with a half bath and laundry facilities (modern front load washer, extra dryer and utility sink). All rooms on the first floor have a view of the back yard which has a tropical relaxing landscape, an midnight blue pool with a beautiful wood deck that runs the complete length of the house. Under Palm trees and green bamboo is a cabana with a full sitting area and cosy fire pit. There is also and outdoor dinning table, a barbecue station and loungers for sun bathing and relaxing. The yard is landscaped in a tropical setting thats lets you forget your troubles and invites you to take in nature. The second story is reserved for the bedrooms. There is a big master suite with its own flat screen TV / DVD and open concept bathroom in modern european hotel style, with a tub for 2, an extra shower and walk in closets. The master also opens to a balcony that runs the entire width of the house. There are two additional bedrooms, an spacious office with Wifi, printer, scaner, copy and a second bathroom that has a whirlpool tub.

Our property is within a few minutes where ever you need to be - this is a wonderfull location. The Atlantic Ocean and some of the world's best sandy beaches are just minutes away. There is plenty of parking and the oceanshore is always kept perfectly clean, monitored by lifeguards. Grocery stores (Publix, Win Dixie, Whole Foods and Walgreens ) are all nearby. Movies, malls and shopping of all types are available. Golf courses and driving ranges are all a short distance away. All the well-known chain restaurants and attractions are just few minutes away on US #1, including Bonefish Grill, Capital Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Olive Garden, Blockbuster Video, Boston Market, Ruth's Christ Steak House along with many fine local retaurants. The main tourist street - Las Olas is 8 minutes away, featuring galleries, fine dining and bars.
