Located in Fort Lauderdale’s desirable neighbourhood Wilton Manors!
5-10 min to the beach, to the Convention Center or downtown Las Olas!
As the pictures might show you, our house is quite special and very well appointed when it comes to comfort, style, furniture and interior design. It was created with the help of a Floridian artist. (Even a publication in an architectural magazine is coming up!)

We bought, renovated and equipped the house primarily for our friends and family coming in from overseas.

Due to that fact and based on our own experiences we have the definite goal to provide our guests all the amenities that we ourselves hope to find in a holiday-villa.
So we emphasize on perfect cleanness and think about important details like a decent wine-opener as well!

Besides the very well equipped gourmet kitchen a spacious living and dining area will welcome you. Cable TV, wireless highspeed internet (flatrate) is provided. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds and walk-in closets. The stunning master bedroom has its own bathroom, a TV and from your king bed you will overlook the sparkling pool.

We have a luxurious gas BBQ and as inside you will find in the garden a lot of comfy design- loungechairs, chairs and tables.
So everybody will easily find “his” spot to relax in front of the TV or around the pool under the palms and the colourful bougainvilleas. The garden and the pool are romantically lit in the night: You definitely should look forward to enjoying a candlelight dinner in this absolute unique atmosphere!

We are very proud and glad that all our guests so far confirmed that you can "feel like home - just even better".

The house and the brand new pool is surrounded by a fenced beautiful palm garden where you can enjoy your privacy.
We are living in the neighbourhood and so does our property manager Bill - in case you have any questions or additional needs we will be around to help you!

The rental price includes a weekly maid service by your housekeeper Adriana. Please let us know whether you are interested in any further amenities like rental-car, boat ride, breakfast- or shopping service: We will gladly help you to organize that!

And …. Have you ever thought about marrying in Florida? In the garden or at the beach? Our notary is specialized on fairy-tale-weddings and she takes care of everything – including flowers and the paperwork!

Area Description

It is located in Fort Lauderdales most desirable and upscale neighborhood Wilton Manors.
Kids are playing on the street and you don't even have to worry if you forgot to lock your car during the night!
Nevertheless all shopping facilities (supermarkets, drugstores, French bakery, Whole Foods) and great restaurants are in 10 min walking distance!
The famous Las Olas Boulevard downtown you can reach in a five min car drive, the ocean with its beautiful white and sandy beaches is not even 2 miles away!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week in this house and our stay was made even more enjoyable by the great accommodations provided, we couldn't have been happier! The decor is fabulous and the house was immaculately clean, very comfortable beds and linens were 5 star hotel quality. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space which is a must when travelling with teens (particularly internet flat rate:)). The location is amazing! Not far from the beach and great restaurants and shopping. We have rented properties in this area in the past and this was by far the best experience. We will definitely be renting this house again

Absolutely perfect! Great high class design furniture, great holidays with best support provided by the friendly owners and the housekeeper. Didnt want to leave!! We had the most wonderful time, thank you so much for having us! Hope we can come back!
