5 Stars based on Value. Traveled to this property for a thanksgiving break vacation with extended family. While I was not involved in the booking process or exchanging of keys, this great villa is the best bet for large groups in Lauderdale Beach. For the budget minded vacationer, this home will certainly not disappoint, and I’d go as far as to say it’s actually a bit underpriced. Amazing location on the canal, with a short 2 block walk to the area’s best beach. Overall the rental is showing its age for the price, you're not going to do any better. The kitchens are nicely equipped with just enough, the rooms provide adequate sleeping for a large family, and the pool and outdoor patio area is nice. I'd recommend it to most of my friends, and will likely find myself staying there again if looking for a place to enjoy the beaches of Fort Lauderdale
