Great central location with markets,casinos,theatres,golf courses, Colorado River and the historic town of Oatman all within a few minutes drive. Very quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Beautiful views from front porch and kitchen window of mountains and desert. Very friendly and helpful full time neighbors.
