Wherever your destination may be in Lee County. This property is convenient to everything! Night life, fine dining, shopping, beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, biking or just relaxing, you can easily get there from here! If you don't want to drive yourself, park your car in the garage and walk across the street and jump on the Beach trolly or public Lee Tran route. It's only a 3 mile ride to Fort Myers Beach town square or Sanibel Island causeway! You'll also be minutes away from Lee County's award winning Lover's Key state park beach. If sports are your desire, take a 5 minute drive and catch a Red Sox or Minnesota Twin's Spring training baseball game.

This 2 bedroom/1 bath (approximately 1,000 SF under air)apartment has been entirely remodeled and comes with just about everything you need to either stay for a week or stay for a year! Be one of the first to enjoy all the new details at a price you can afford. Apartment is on the second floor of a stilt building. Enjoy the wonderful breezes while sitting on your front balcony or rear screened lanai. New ceramic tile in all common areas and berber carpet in the livingroom and bedrooms. Accommodations are comfortable for 4 occupants (1 king bed and 2 twin beds), however, we do have a single roll-a-way available for your use if you have 3 children or 4 adults with a child. The couch in the livingroom does not convert into a bed.

If it is medical attention you need, the best hospital facility is located under 2 miles away. Only 25 miutes to SW Florida Regional Airport or 3 hours from Tampa airport.

• Lodging Tax: 11%
   
• Deposits: 50% of rental charge required to hold/book reservation. A refundable security deposit of $500.00, along with the balance of rental charge, 6% sales tax and 5% county tax will all be due 45 - 60 days before check in. A $125.00 Cleaning Fee will be collected at this time as well. If tenant cleans the apartment and washes linens upon their departure, this fee will be refunded with security deposit. If tenant chooses not to clean upon their departure this fee will be kept for housekeeping services.
   
• Other Fees: None - Owner provides, basic cable TV, wireless internet, water, electric, central A/C(new 3 Ton Rheem A/C unit), trash and lawn maintenance. No fee for garage parking or washer/dryer usage -tenant provides laundry detergent.

This apartment truely is, "the best bang for your buck" as stated in the owner's advertising. These owners go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. We saved so much money on the little things you buy while on vacation. Tom and Connie provided more then the average vacation rental owners. Available for your use are beach towels and chairs, weather radio & candles - (for when the electricity went out - who would have thought?), bicycles, cooler for the beach, gas BBQ grill and so much more. They even offer a few board games, a kite, frizbee and a game cube for the kids to use. Upon arrival we noticed a list of movie titles and live concerts which were available from the owner's private DVD library for us to request . They offer over 300 DVD movies! This came in handy after a full day of sun and being too sunburnt to move off the couch! These extra little perks saved us a bunch of money. We will definately stay here again the next time we are in town  more...

I stayed in the apartment in parts of Feb, Mar, April and May of 2008. I was very pleased with the amenities. Everything I needed was there. Connie & Tom were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me feel a "at home" and comfortable. It is close to everything. I would definitely recommend this property. Stay here and meet two of the best hosts in South Florida. Connie and Tom are the best. They did an outstanding job with this facility and it was very easy to call it "home". The proximity to activities cannot be surpassed by any rental unit -- beaches, golf, super markets, library, outlet malls and restaurants are all within 3 miles of the apartment.
