Larger group or smaller group? We can convert up to a 5/3 for up to 15 occupants or down to a 1/1 for one or two occupants! Customize this property for your needs. Better than a hotel room, yet cost is cheaper! Lots of extras offered at this property that you can't get in a hotel room.- this property is also convenient to everything! Night life, fine dining, shopping, beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, biking or just relaxing. You can easily get there from here! If you don't want to drive yourself, park your car in the garage and walk across the street and jump on the Beach trolly or public Lee Tran route. It's only a 3 mile ride to Fort Myers Beach town square or Sanibel Island causeway! You'll also be minutes away from Lee County's award winning Lover's Key state park beach. If sports are your desire, take a 5 minute drive and catch a Red Sox or Minnesota Twin's Spring training baseball game. If TV is your game, enjoy our flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedrooms! Or just forget about a vehicle and ride one of our adult bicycles or if you like adventure take out our two seater tandem bike!

This 2 bedroom/1 bath (approximately 1,000 SF under air)apartment has been entirely remodeled and comes with just about everything you need to either stay for a week or stay for a year! Apartment is on the second floor of a stilt building. Enjoy the wonderful breezes while sitting on your front balcony or rear screened lanai. New ceramic tile in all common areas and berber carpet in the livingroom and bedrooms. New kitchen cabinets and appliances - including a glass top stove. Washer and dryer included - not quarters required!

We have two separate 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units located at this property. Each apartment is comfortable for 4 occupants, but can handle up to 6 if prior arranements are made. (additional charge for 5th & 6th person) Bed accommodations are: 1 king bed and either a 2 twin/1 king trundle bed combo or a 1 king bed with 1 queen bed in guest room. However, we do have a single rool-away bed to offer if you have 3 children or 4 adults with a child. The couch in the livingroom does not convert into a bed.

EXTRA BONUS We also have a furnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom efficiency at this same address. Located on the ground floor directly under the upstairs 2 bedroom apartment . Can be rented individually or together with other units. To accommodate larger families or folks traveling with a nanny or a person who cannot climb stairs. This unit has Mexican tile throughout, private bathroom, lanai, livingroom, bedroom and kitchen area. Contact me for rates and further details.

Area Information

This is the best bang for your buck! Whether you are vacationing or a local looking for something close to where the action is. This duplex property is located in a residential neighborhood 1 block from the intersection of Summerlin Road and San Carlos Blvd. Minutes to McGregor Blvd, US 41 and Gladiolus. This is considered the south Fort Myers or Iona Road/McGregor Blvd neighborhoods in Fort Myers, Lee County, USA.

Property is a short biking distance to 3 award winning beaches (Sanibel Causeway, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Lover's Key State Park, just to name a few). Neighborhood is across the street from the Beach Trolley service and also within minutes to the Tanger Outlet mall, Lee Memorial's famous HealthPark medical facility, and many dining establishments as well. Too many places to list! Sanibel Island is world famous for it's shelling beaches and beautiful Gulf waters. Naples is a scenic 40 minute drive to the south. Everglades City or the Florida Keys are to the south just a few hours away by car or by Express Boat. Orlando is approx 3.5 hours drive to the north.

Great place to stay

We have just returned home from our Florida stay and both agree we have found a unique and comfortable place to call home for a month during the winter. This rental property is close to the beaches, the dog track, the Twins baseball facility and many wonderful stores and dining places. We also found a bowling alley nearby where they had senior leagues twice a week. Both Connie and and Tom were readily accessible if we had a problem or question, The neighbors were friendly and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood. We have already rented for a month in 2012. We would highly recommend this property.

we stayed in the groundfloor apartment for 5 days and found it very good value for money. Kitchen has everything you need and we were also provided a barbecue outside on the lanai. The only thing we missed was a window in the bedroom to let the breeze in at night. Stayed for a week with our two kids. Condo is in very good condition with many new fixtures/improvements. Connie was great! Took care of things wonderfully. Always answered calls. The neighborhood is nothing special, but we only slept there and ate breakfast (although my wife enjoyed her coffee on the screen porch). Would rent again.

This apartment truely is, "the best bang for your buck" as stated in the owner's advertising. These owners go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. We saved so much money on the little things you buy while on vacation. Tom and Connie provided more then the average vacation rental owners. Available for your use are beach towels and chairs, weather radio & candles - (for when the electricity went out - who would have thought?), bicycles, cooler for the beach, gas BBQ grill and so much more. They even offer a few board games, a kite, frizbee and a game cube for the kids to use. Upon arrival we noticed a list of movie titles and live concerts which were available from the owner's private DVD library for us to request . They offer over 300 DVD movies! This came in handy after a full day of sun and being too sunburnt to move off the couch! These extra little perks saved us a bunch of money. We will definately stay here again the next time we are in town

Stay here and meet two of the best hosts in South Florida. Connie and Tom are the best. They did an outstanding job with this facility and it was very easy to call it "home". This was our second year at this rental property. We found the apartment to be very comfortable and enjoyed being close to the beaches and restaurants. Being Twins fans, we were happy to be close to the Hammond Stadium and were completely secure in the neighborhood. Connie and Tom are very helpful and available when problems arise. We always enjoy our stay.

We all felt right at home staying here.It had everything you needed and was very well maintained.A beautiful place and a very accomodating owner(Connie).She even bought a new gas grill for us to use! It's a great value and in a nice area and not far from the beach. We will definately come back.

My husband and I stayed at Connie's place for the first week of May, in the upstairs two bedroom apartment. (The first one featured in the pictures.) Everything about our stay here was absolutely perfect. The apartment was well stocked (we kept getting surprised everytime we opened the drawers - they had everything!), clean, had all kinds of ammenities (a small selection of toiletries in case you forgot some, hair dryer, iron, etc), beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Besides the apartment itself, Connie was so incredibly accomodating, communicative, and understanding. She explained everything up front so we had no worries going in, and everything went smoothly! If we head to Ft. Myers again, we will most definitely stay here!

My husband and I stayed in one of the upper apartments in January and February. This was the third time we have been there and are planning to stay again in 2012. We really like the location. The apartment is very clean and well furnished and Connie and Tom go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Having spent 14 winters in the US we are very happy to give you some feedback of our experience in previewing your property as well as others while in Fort Myers for a few days. Hope the formatting of my table can be read by email programme. We looked at many properties and although we chose another property to book for next season I wanted to give you my thoughts on your property on Whitewater Court.
Marks out of 5= high, (0= low).
5/5 Local amenities, Winn Dixie across road, etc. etc.
5/5 Price. The reason it was on our view list.
5/5 First impressions, exterior very plain, but very well maintained.
5/5 Fittings, furniture, interior design/decoration. Lounge corner unit most impressive. Would like to take it home!
5/5 Appliances
5/5 Kitchen, All the items one could wish for, and they matched!
5/5 Bathroom small, but spotless.
5/5 Living Area. Compact. Excellent ambience
4/5 Advertising details. Did not mention aspect. We really want the rear of the property to face South.
3/5 W facing (front) balcony not screened so not good for the evening sun, too public.
2/5 Lanai , faces east. Roofed over and too shady for sun-starved UK residents. Too small for loungers.
1/5 Site. Close to main road. Neighbouring property untidy, probably with children so could be noisy.
0/5 No private screened space on the south side for relaxing in the sun.

**This was one of the nicest properties we have viewed. It was a real vacation home. As you are clearly aware,the vacation market is quite different to the residential market, where the tenant may be happy to build up a stock of personal items and move them from property to property. Hope you find our opinions useful.
