Hall off the lounge leads to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully berber carpeted and with pictures and extra cupboard storage in each room. 3 walk-in wardrobes and fans & blinds in everyroom Every area is fully air-conditioned with screens at every window.
The Master Bedroom has a with walk in wardrobe & a King Size Bed & is en suite. Overlooking the Dock & the Canal with direct acces to the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd & 3rd Bedroom have double beds & walk inWardrobes. All fully air-conditioned and with fans.
1 bathroom is en suite of the Master Bedroom with shower and bath & the 2nd Bathroom also has a shower and bath. Cupboards in the bathrooms hold towels and sheets and all toiletries. All air-conditioned and extractor fans.
The open-plan Kitchen fitted kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, coffee-maker, Toaster, full cooking range, large Fridge-Freezer with ice-maker & washing machine & dryer. The kitchen/diner is fully air-conditioned and has a table and chairs & a bar. Off the kitchen with an automatic washing machine and dryer and ironing faciities.

On the waterways off the coast of South West Florida with 5 minutes to the gulf of Mexico by boat or car. Within walking distance of the beaches - or on the trolley bus which runs all day upto 9pm to the beaches or the shopping malls. The beauty of the area includes the beaches but also the back-bay waterways which are ideal for fishing or swimming or boating. Hire or bring your own boat and dock outside the chalet in your own private dock. The Key-West ferry leaves everyday (200meters) from the Chalet to take you to the Florida Keys or go deep-sea fishing on one of the many charters available.The casino ship is another attraction. Explore the other islands nearby or simply relax out on the back-dock with the barbecue. This area provides many activities or simply enjoy the peace of the back-bay area between the 2 islands. Plenty of live music and entertainment on offer.
Outside area provides for a barbecue area and dock and water-ways for fishing, boating or swimming. Florida screened area and decking. 500 meters to all local beaches. Bare-foot beach rated among top ten beaches in the USA. All white sugar powdered beaches full of shells and star-fish. Plenty of dolphins and manatees to see along with pelicans and flamingos. Either walk or boat to the beaches or use the local bus service that runs along the coastal beaches or to the shopping malls. Island hop to Sanibel, Captiva and others and enjoy fine food and live music and dancing. All the fishing,boating activities or simply sunbathe
The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
The area on the Gulf coast from Sanibel/ Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key , Barefoot Beach and Naples have what are probably the finest beaches in Florida and is known as the Platinum Coast.
The location is ideal for a day visit to to the Everglades, also you may wish to visit the winter estates of Edison and Ford. Or you can take the high speed boat to Key West which takes only 3-4 hours for a day or stay overnight.
Fort Myers Beach / San Carlos Island area
Fishing, Boating, swimming and Golf are the main pastimes and the local wildlife will never cease to amaze you with manatees, pelicans and dolphins all around. Living on San Carlos Island you can access the back bay with its wonderful wildlife and fishing and deserted beaches or walk over the bridge to Ft Myers Beach with its great restaurants, beaches and marinas. Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) is a barrier reef island being some 7 miles long and less than a mile wide.
Fort Myers City is some 10 miles inland where all the major stores will be found. Just a short walk or drive from the house is an Publix store and a Marina with good restaurants. Over the bridge on the Island is where Times Square is located with numerous tourist type shops and eating places with outside dining. There is a Cinema on the island where you can eat too. Santini Plaza is great for shopping and eating out.
Lovers Key State park is easily accessible where you can take the trolley bus or hire a canoe and simply enjoy the wet lands and white beaches full of shells and turtle nests. Bird lovers will be overwhelmed with the ospreys and other exotic birds that are easily spotted.
