This beautifully remodeled gulf-front corner-unit condominium has a breathtaking view of sunsets. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit directly on the beach (30 paces from the waters edge), with a screened lanai (balcony) squarely overlooking the ocean. Laying in bed you can see the sunset, and hear the waves, the birds, and the breeze through the palm trees. Sip your drink in the screened Lanai while watching the ocean and the wildlife on this southern part of the Island, take a stroll on the white sandy beach just steps away, go shelling, spend lazy days lounging on the beach or at the heated pool, grill at pool-side, play shuffleboard, or sit in the Jacuzzi. The unit now has high speed wireless internet, HD TV, and a computer desk in the office area. It has a prive parking space under the building.

Area Information

If fun activity is what you are looking for, the choices are many: An 18-hole par 3 course is across the street; a marina to rent boats is just two blocks away. A quarter mile walk on the beach to the north leads to a beach cafe and rentals for jet skis, or you walk south on the beach to see some of the best birdwatching in south Florida. Beautiful Lover's Key State park is south, a half mile away and just across the bridge. You can take the 25 cent Trolley to the shops at Times Square on the north side of the island to find little shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Or you can just sit at the pool, play shuffleboard, go fishing, or rent bikes or mopeds to explore this beautiful Island!

It was wonderful! The condominium was clean, spacious, roomy and had a lot of light. It had everything that we needed. We fell in love with the balcony view of the ocean, beach and sunset. A very clean beach, beautiful spa, water view, pools, relaxing bar, pier, close nearby attractions etc. contributed so much to our resort experience! We enjoyed our stay. This place truly felt like home. I would highly recommend it for your little paradise experience. We will be back here again, probably next year. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
