This is a totally renovated 860 sq. ft. first floor condo featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full view of the pool from an enclosed lanai. It is a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Restaurants, theater, and shopping are all within walking distance or hop on the trolley if you prefer. Parking is located underneath the building on ground level.

The condo is a walk to the beach. Fort Myers Beach offers various activities such as parasailing, waverunners located right on the beach. In addition, cabanas and beach umbrellas can be rented daily or weekly for your convenience. Bodwitch Point Park on the North side of Fort Myers Beach is a fantastic spot to nature walk and can be reached by trolley or your own car. There are Fun Rentals features bicycles, motor scooters, and scooter cars. Mid Island Watersports, Inc has Guided Dolphin Tours, waverunner rentals and parasailing. Deep sea fishing excursions available at nearby marinas. Times Square is another attraction once again can be reached by the trolley which runs every 15 minutes during peek season. Times Square has restaurants, a boardwalk, and shopping in abundance. Drug store is located one block away (Eckerds) and a walk-in Medical Office is two hundred yards walking distance with doctors on staff. Santini\'s Plaza has plenty of restaurants and shopping located right next door to the drug store. Drive south on Estero Blvd for 11 miles and you will reach Highway 41. Highway 41, North or South, has EVERYTHING necessary if you would like to get off the beach for a day. There is an abundance of shopping outlets, restaurants, and entertainment.
