Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation condo rental

This Luxurious Condominium **Brand New Renovations** is located directly on the Beach! Amazing Gulf Views! Completely renovated from top to bottom!

Wide is the beach and white is the sand. The view from the screened in lanai is breathtaking!

The living room opens to the lanai and is tastefully decorated with New Leather furniture that will not let you forget you are in an island paradise. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room with New Appliances and Granite countertops.

Each bedroom has a private bath. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and also opens onto the lanai. The guest room has TV and two twin beds which can be pushed together (with twin converter and king linens)to make a king size bed and an ample closet.The sofa is a queen size sleeper.

Everything you will need has been included. Bring your swim suit and leave your stress behind. Here you can swim with the dolphins and manatees, search for sea shells and sand dollars, or just enjoy floating. Convenient to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.

A lovely, well appointed and clean condo right on a spectacular beach. Included were evry convenience and amenity as well as brochures and menues to local sites and restaurants. Most appreciated.
