Second time I've stayed here. Beautiful views from the balcony of birds, dolphins swimming, and tides. Easy to book with clear instructions from the owner. Clean and nicely furnished with more that expected. Highly recommend this location.

We thought the accomodations were wonderful. Very much enjoyed our stay. Views were amazing. Enjoyed watching the birds from the balcony. Being on the 12th floor, we had a birds eye view of many different species. The only negative was they power washed and painted the balcony during our stay. We lost use of the balcony for 2 days. We did however understand doing this during the summer when there are certainly fewer visitors. Overall experience was very positive.

We had an absolutely wonderful week. It's a gorgeous condo, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The view was the best part. Directly overlooking the ocean, we saw dolphins the second we stepped onto the balcony. We enjoyed every second and hope to return soon. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at a beautiful destination.

My wife and I fell in love with the entire Fort Myers region. We had the best of both worlds at this location. If we wanted peace and quiet we could open our patio door and relax to the sounds of the surf and if we wanted to mingle we were a short drive away to the Time Square area. We are definitely going back.

A mezmerizing view

One can only imagine the peace and quiet of this resort. I can still hear the waves as they go to and fro. The mangroves are home to a variety of birds which was great fun with a pair of binoculars. There were dolphins who every morning would lazily slide back and forth in the ocean. But one day we were delighted by the splashing and jumping of perhaps some infant dolphins. Another plus to this resort was that Coldwell Banker, the resort reservation service was very kind and efficient.

Incredible Penthouse

The greatest view of the ocean and up towards Ft. Myers Pier from the absolute top floor. The condo was very nicely decorated, cozy and had everything you could possibly need, and looked like it was brand new. We cant say enough about this penthouse condo except that we will be back.

Wonderful Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Estero Tennis Resort. The condo was in a quite clean location. Our condo was clean and roomy enough for 4 people. The condo was fully furnished with the necessities. Our trip took us 17 hours to drive from Virginia but was well worth the trip. The owner of the condo was very pleasant and professional to deal with.

This is a great south island location with awsome views. Very nice, well-kept condo on the quiet end of Ft. Myers beach. Great ameneties and fully equipted with everything you would need. Only issue is parking - no RV's, campers or trailers! Will stay here again.

We stayed for a month here in the "off-season" and decided to book for next year for two months. This condo on the south end of the island is within walking or trolley/bus distance of everything you could ask for. Quiet and peaceful, unlike the north end of the island. The estuary view from the balcony is fabulous with more shorebirds than you will see at Ding Darling and dolphins to watch at least 3 times a week. WI-FI is easily accessed from the bedroom (NETGEAR was best). We had a wonderful vacation!

we had a wonderful time - at last minute we rented a car. glad we did the condo is very updated and a few miles away from the main tourist spot which was nice and quiet but yet driving wise close enough to see everything. i would definitely recommend this property. gorgeous view of the ocean.
