Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation condo rental

The lanai fully faces the gulf, and catches the best sunsets! The fully equipped totally renovated kitchen features new appliances, cookware, bakeware and servingware. A washer/dryer is tucked away, conveniently located off the kitchen.

The dining area features comfortable swivel chairs, and table space for 6.

Sliders open out from the livingroom, to the front lanai, which features a patio dining set for outdoor meals.

Sliders open from the master bedroom out onto the lanai as well. Curl up with your morning coffee and watch the early dolphin antics. The master bdrm features King memory foam bed for supreme comfort.

Guests will be so pampered as the guest bedroom features new memory foam topped mattresses.

Outdoors, the beach experience continues, with the OCEAN FRONT heated pool and landscaped lounging patio. There are sunny areas as well as shade areas to fit everyone's preference.

For the continued enjoyment of our guests, these premises are designated as a CLEAN AIR accommodation. NO SMOKING in unit or on lanai.

The condo was great. Really well-equipped kitchen, and the beds were really comfortable. Very clean, and well furnished. I would definitely recommend it.

All of our beds have 4" memory foam toppers which make for super comfy sleeping!

Excellent Beach Front Rental

The Southern Comfort was an awesome beach front condo.All the appliances were top of the line along with very comfortable furnishings. The foam top mattress was so comfortable.Nothing like a good nights sleep after a long day at the beach. We also loved this end of the island because it was peaceful and quiet. I would recommend this condo for a couple or a small family. Also includes a great pool and patio area.

Highly recommend this vacation spot for a very relaxing and pleasant vacation. Staff is very friendly. Relax in your room or walk to the gulf waters and watch beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins along shore line usually every am we would see the dolphins, walk along waters and go shelling or relax in the hot tub at this resort all of this makes for a very memorable vacation and cannot wait for another visit.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We wanted a place that had two bedrooms, both of which have great views. We travel with our friends quite often and want both couples to enjoy the view. We wanted a comfortable, clean and even a slightly upscale place to stay. This condo was exactly what we were looking. Great sunsets to share with friends and family. I even enjoyed looking over at the Sanibel Island lighthouse flashing during the night while I layed in bed.

My wife and I have been visitors to Ft Myers Beach for many years. We have stayed at many different condo's in this area. This year we stayed at Pointe Estero, and are still impressed with the accomodations ofered by Alice Bell. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. The facilities, grounds are immaculate at all times. We stayed for fourteen days, and could oly wish to stay longer next time.
