Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation condo rental

Island Sunsets I & II: Renovated Gulf front condos with Awesome Views & Sunsets. WiFi in both units. On the 6th and 11th floors at Estero Beach & Tennis. Maintained thruout the year.

Direct gulf front. The beach is directly behind the buildings.

These 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units are all open, with a sliding door to close off the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and 2 windows overlooking the Gulf and beach.

The living area has a queen size sofa bed, flat panel HDTV with cable, DVD and stereo with CD and ipod.

The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters, and dishwasher. Dinnerware service for 8, and dining table with 4 chairs.

While on the balcony watch the dolphins frolic (binoculars provided.) In the evening the sunsets are breathtaking.

Everything is provided for your stay and comfort: Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, linens, books, movies, games, tennis racquets, hair dryer, iron .. everything.

Area Information

Location-Location-Location. Across the street is Santini Plaza with 7 restaurants, shops, boat rentals, pharmacy, bank book shop and more.

One block over is the 18 hole executive golf course. Water sports and fishing are on the beach.

The trolley stops in front of the building.

We had a great time staying in this condo - it was wonderful! It felt like home, with all the extra little touches provided. The owner was available when we phoned and that made our stay comforting. Our security deposit was refunded promptly and the owner was a delight to do business with. We found Fort Myers Beach to be a perfect vacation spot, plenty to do, relaxing if you want it, and the beaches and gulf are beautiful.
