Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation condo rental

You will love this BEACHFRONT condo. Tastefully renovated and maintained throughout the year-NEW-WIRELESS INTERNET IN UNIT. On the 5th floor at Carlos Pointe. Truly a Beachfront Beauty!!

Custom kitchen with granite countertops, fully equipped with service for 8 and washer/dryer. Kitchen opens onto the dining/living room with bar stools at the counter for relaxed dining.

The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 37" Flat Panel HDTV, Cable, DVD, Stereo with CD, movies, books, games and opens onto the screened lanai.

The lanai has table and chairs to enjoy beachfront dining. Watch the dolphins frolic and the ripple of the Gulf while dining (binoculars provided.)

The master bedroom has a king size bed, Flat Panel HDTV, clock radio, private bath, hair dryer provided and opens onto the screened lanai.

The second bedroom has twin beds, Flat Panel HDTV, clock radio, hair dryer, private bath with glass enclosed stall shower.

Everything is provided for your stay and comfort, including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach toys.

Area Description

Carlos Pointe is located at the south end of the island. A short walk across the bridge is Lover's Key State Park (one of the safest beaches in the US.) Fishing, golf, boat rentals, jet skis, dolhin tours, parasailing, cruise ship to The Keys, casino ship are all on the island. Marco Island, Sanibel, Captiva and Naples close by.

The trolley stops in front of the building (25 cents) for a relaxed ride to Times Square.

We just returned from a one week stay (May 23-30) at this condo. Very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Comfortable beds. Master bdrm fronts the beach so you can go to sleep and awaken to ocean sounds. Nicely stocked rec room (books and movies). AC worked good, which is important in Florida. Directly across from Lovers Key which is rich in varieties of shells. Far enough away but close enough to touristy areas. We'd go back here in a heartbeat. Owner very considerate and phoned to make sure all was okay. Really, can't think of anything negative to say. It was a wonderful vacation in a fabulous location!
