Awesome place!!!! Tom was very helpful and really maintains the place. Room was exactly as described on internet. Beach view from our room nice patio area by cannel with gas grills for grilling out. Walking distance to everything. We will defiantly rent here again. Thanks Tom

It is close to Time Square,beach & on the canal; which is very convenient because you don't need a car. Is beautifully decorated, clean,owner is on site if you have any questions or need something. Great for two people. Only drawback is the refrigerator makes a noise when it comes on and would wake us during the nite.

I vacation to Ft. Myers beach every year. And every year I stay at the same place. I absolutely love the serenity of The Riptide. It's clean, peaceful and Tom, the onsite manager is a great guy!! Took my daughter and niece with me for the first time this summer, and let's just say, we'll be back at the Riptide sooner than later. Grills in the back on the bay side and literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET is gorgeous Ft. Myers beach. I cannot say enough positive things about Riptide Condos...GO CHECK THEM OUT FOR YOURSELF!! Guaranteed to fall in love!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Everything you could need. Just bring your clothes and beach towels. Tom the manager is GREAT! Ask him anything. Neighbors are fantastic too. Very clean and modern and literally steps to everything. Hardly used our car at all. We will be back!

My wife and i had a great time on our honeymoon at Riptide Condos. The weather was great! It was right across the street from the beach, and just a short walk to several restraunts and shops. The onsite manager/owner Tom was wonderful. He is a very helpful and friendly man. We rented the kayaks and had fun on the ocean, even saw dolphins. Next time we will rent the boat and go farther offshore. Wi-Fi wasn't free, but it was only $15 for the week. We highly recommend riptide condos

had a great time at the riptide condo relaxing quiet and beach just 196 feet away love the sunset and the bats that came after dark under the pier look like holloween and the best of it all tom was very very helpfull great guy to have around he help ya anyway he could nicest guy to have around and people down there are very polite they have that great hospitality dolphins manatees and ask for big ben in publix to make ya a roast beef sandwhich thay were banging thanks big ben well ya will see me down there again i think i scare hurricane irene away lol!!! ya buddy pal tommy mack :-)

The place was clean and neat. Quick access to the beach and downtown touristic areas. We also liked the laundry capabilities and the free Internet access. The only thing we would have liked to to have was a dishwasher, otherwise the place was great! Thank you!

The condo was clean, neat and up-to-date. So close to the beach that we almost fell onto it! And to the pier, just a couple blocks. Don't really need a car, once you get to the property. We will definetly be going back, and soon!

My husband and I enjoyed a great little getaway at the Riptide Condos in Fort Myers Beach. The unit we rented was a small 1 bedroom with kitchenette. The room was clean and comfortable and close to "Times Square" and the beach. The folks at the Riptide were friendly and accomodating and the price was right for our more modest budget. I would recommend this condo for couples or single folks looking for a quiet spot close to the beach.

Our stay at the beach condo was great. We were able to fish and kayak directly on the property and its only 400 feet to the beach! The location is ideal for parking your car for the week and walking everywhere you could possibly want to go. I highly recommend this property.
