Stroll or relax on the white sandy beach, or lounge next to the heated pool. Watch dolphins while listening to the gentle sound of the surf rolling in from the Gulf of Mexico. Watch fabulous sunsets from the screened-in balcony of this luxury beach vacation condominium...
Our condo features a two-bedroom, two-bath suite comfortably furnished with all amenities. The master bedroom has a brand new King-size bed, Flat screen TV, ceiling fan and sliding-glass doors to the screened-in balcony. The master bedroom and the balcony overlook the beautiful blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sandy beach, and the heated pool. The guest bedroom is newly furnished with two twin beds that can be brought together to create a queen bed. Both bedrooms have there own bathrooms. The completely remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter top and is equipped with stainless dishwasher, range, and a refrigerator, washer and dryer, microwave, and coffee maker, blender, and many other conveniences. All linens and towels are provided, just bring your own sunglasses! Living/dining area: has a new pull-out sofa-sleeper, dining table, coffee table, sofa table, and end tables. Additional features include a ceiling fans, sliding-glass doors to the screened-in balcony, cable TV, DVD, stereo with CD player and wireless internet. One week minimum.

Area Information

The condo is located at the southern most point of Fort Myers Beach, at the mouth of Carlos Pass. Lovers Key, an island mostly composed of a state run nature preserve is just a few hundred feet away, providing beautiful beaches and paths for walking. The condo is situated to provide access to biking, fishing, marinas, kayaking, daytime cruises, shopping, golf, parasailing, jet skiing, and every other water sport imaginable. There are great restaurants and nightlife, both on the island and close-by. Convenient trolley transportation at your front door. Beautiful Sanibel/Captiva, and Naples are but a short drive away and each well worth exploring.

Great location -felt like home

While Carlos Pointe is a bit pricey we couldn't fault the location and amenities of this vacation condo. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Only complaint about the unit was it's right above the constantly slamming pool gate, but the views from the lanai including dolphins and bird life made up for that. Would definitely recommend this building if one has to rent by the week but there are better deals for monthly rentals in the area.

This unit had just been re-modelled and re-decorated. It was clean and bright and we absolutely loved the lanai and the location. It is on a much nicer part of the beach, more residential and not so commercialized. The pool was lovely and it was wonderful being right on the beach. We would definitely return if we were going to visit Ft. Myers again

We had a wonderful experience at Ft. Myer's Beach over the kid's spring break. The condo is on the quiet side of the island - the beach was essentially private for the condo. Very nice pool. There were many families with kids of all ages. We also took advantage of the area for nature watching. Across the inlet is Lover's Key State Park with lots of birds including a bald eagle with circled the condo several times. The shelling is good here too. Also a short drive to Sanibel with Ding Darling Reserve, and to Corkscrew Swamp and the Everglades. It was the dry season but we still saw many beautiful birds, alligators, a bobcat and an armadillo. We also enjoyed visiting the Edison and Ford Estates in Ft. Myers.
