This beautiful PENTHOUSE one bedroom Gulf Front condo has a new fully equipped eat in kitchen, living room with queen size sofa bed, large bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath. All newly remodeled with porcelain tile floors throughout the condo and new furniture in all the rooms. From the balcony one can enjoy magnificent sunsets dissolving into the Gulf of Mexico each evening. Bird Lovers will enjoy all the different species of birds located in the nearby bird sanctuary. The many different sand bars right outside our doors become visible during low tide displaying a wide variety of shells just waiting to be picked up and admired. Guests will enjoy the on site clay tennis courts and heated swimming pool.

Other nearby amenities include a public golf course and full service marina. For those seeking to explore the area, a trolley runs free of charge from Lover's Key State Park (located to the South) to Fort Myers Beach Public Pier (located on the North end of the Island). This was exactly as advertised and more. Perfect views, sunsets and shoreline, comfortable interior and convenient to everywhere. Skip the hotels. Just bring a toothbrush, beverages and a camera. Maybe a bathing suit too.

The condo is very well maintained and the views of the gulf are gorgeous. It is in the perfect location, overlooking the gulf and very nice nature park. It also a quick ride to downtown Fort Myers Beach. We had a great time and would def return!
