Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation condo rental

This is a direct beach front top floor condo. The view is nothing but sea. The ocean sunsets are so beautiful from this from this apartment and the dolphins pass by daily.
Offering colorful tropical decor with new tile & paint throughout. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The master is on the waterside and has a plasma TV, queen size bed, a walk-in closet & attached bath. The smaller bedroom has twins beds & TV with DVD. The livingroom offers 2 lazy boy recliners, a comfort sleeper sofa, plasma TV and looks out over the lania with the ocean view. The lania is the perfect plan for a romantic evening as you watch the sunset of the Gulf of Mexico. The marble bar includes a built-in area for your computer and wireless internet. Dining table for 6.
Just bring your beach clothes,shave kit, & laptop. All the linen, dishes, and cookware are provided. Beach chairs, beach unbrella, a hair dryer, & some toys are in the unit.
Grocery store, marina and Island trolley are just across the street.

Area Information

Fort Myers Beach is a 7 mile island located on Florida's SW coast. Known for it's beautiful white sand beach and convenient location to other beaches. Offering an array of shopping & restaurants, boating excusions, & fishing charters. Near several major theatres. Many activities for all ages.
The Regional Southwest Florida International Airport is only 20 to 30 minutes away.
It is 2.5 to 3 hours to Orlando (home of Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, & other parks).

Great Location!

The condo had a great view. It was quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect - close enough to shopping and night life, large grocery store right across the street, and yet quiet and less hectic than the larger condos. We had a wonderful vacation!

Clean, Convenient & on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo was clean, the owners came the very day we arrived to replace a TV that wasn't working properly. It is located far enough from the bigger complexes designed for the younger crowd, but close enough to walk to them if you want. It is across the street from the Publix and the trolley stop. It has a gorgeous view and we loved being able to step out the door and be on the beach.
