Area Information

Fort Myers Beach is said to have the safest beaches in the world! White and powdery soft, it remains quite shallow far off shore which makes it fun for kids, surf fishermen, and water sports. The area is renowned for tarpon and bone fishing and with its amazing waterways, inlets and marshes, there are endless places to explore. Fort Myers Beach is just 30-40 minutes from the airport and is nicely located near high end shopping malls, restaurants and theaters. Naples is a must see and is just 35-40 minutes south. The area has many nature preserves and state parks which we highly recommend visiting if you have a car or wish to rent a boat.

Elevator... Private outdoor locker to store beach things, bike racks, wonderful local management to help with anything you need, one block from Publix grocery store (an incredible convenience!) Island trolley stop on the corner.... Newton Park is directly across the street and has a restroom, numerous covered picnic tables, a cabana, and is beautifully landscaped with island native plants.... Snook Bight Yacht Club and Marina is 2 blocks away for boat rentals, bait & tackle and the brand new waterside restaurant, Bayfront Bistro is open for lunch and dinner.

Spring Break

We had a great spring break week at Jenny's Villa Sul Mare White Cap Beach Condo which is decorated beautifully. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby which kept our teenagers and younger kids entertained. Very spacious condo with great views of the gulf and just a short walk across the street to the white sand beach. The grocery store is located right next door which was very convenient. We also rented a boat for the day at Snook Marina which is also within walking distance. We also rented bikes for the week and wave runners and para sailing are just a short walk down the beach as well. Would highly recommend this rental.

Luxury Condo - Steps from Pristine Beach!

The Villa Sul Mare/White Cap Condo exceeded all of our expectations. We are a blended family; ages from 17 to 61. The location of the condo couldn't be better. It's only steps to a Publix, and a trolley picks you up right in front of the store. The town is full of wonderful restaurants, shops and entertainment at Time's Square. There is something for any age or taste. There is a gorgeous State Park just minutes away, rated one of the best beaches in FL (Lover's Key). You can rent mini bikes, bicycles or any type of water sport and enjoy the warm, relaxing waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is upscale yet not high in price; you can see the ocean right outside your door. We have stayed many places in southwest FL and this was by far, the very nicest. I can't wait to go back; it was absolutely our favorite vacation ever!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This is a beautifully appoint condo. All the amenities of home, plus a beach! The location is wonderful, close to the beach, marina and the local grocery store! The beach has beautiful white sand with crystal clear water! The beach chairs that were provided are an added bonus for beach lovers! The island is a great mix of old and new Florida! The resturant selection on the island was great...always great food and service. I would love to go back SOON!

We have enjoyed a vacation at this condo on two different occasions and would stay there again in a minute. The condo is large and beautifully appointed for your comfort. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. You can enjoy the large front porch with its view of the gulf and the great sandy beach, the private pool or enjoy some real quiet time on the lanai at the back of the condo. With a super market a block away and a beautiful restuarant at the marina and the trolley nearby, it makes for a perfect location for either a family or one, two or three couples.

Hi Jenny I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at your condominium in Fort Myers from Dec 16-23. The unit was very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach and the heated pool. Definitely a wonderful vacation for all. Even though the weather wasn't perfect, we didn't mind since there was so many things to do and see. I wanted to let your know that i absolutely love the decor in your unit. Very upscale . We walked to the PUblix everyday to buy groceries. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place.
