Description of the Fort Myers Beach vacation condo rental

Gulf Front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, located on the popular quiet north end of Fort Myers Beach at 250 Estero Blvd. Just a short walk or trolley ride to Town Center, pier, shops, restaurants, etc. (approx. 3/4 mile). Also a few minutes walk to the northern tip of the island where you will find a nature preserve, walking trails, small concession, and information center. Washer/dryer in the unit, large kitchen with center island, and dishwasher. This condo will accommodate up to 6 people. Bedding - King in Master Bedroom and 2 Doubles in guest bedroom. Estero Island Beach Villas offers a beachfront heated pool, Kiddie pool, BBQ grills, and covered parking.

Lovely holiday stay.

Very cosy, neat, spacious, modern, clean apartment. We were impressed with the cleanness of the apartment. During our stay we received a phone call if everything was okay, we appreciated that very much. Around the building everything was clean and kept up. Even the elevators were clean all the time, the first few days there was some trouble with one of the elevators but this was soon fixed. The only thing we missed were some folding chairs and a cooler which we could take to the beach, now we had to rent them at a neighbour's place which worked also, but are extra expenses, what would not be really necessary to our view. Last year we stayed at a different place and there were beach chairs, even kids ones, an umbrella, and some beach toys like a ball, Frisbee etc. But overall we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, and would recommend it to someone else.

Lovely condo, lovely beach. lovely experience. Condo new, fully equipped. Couldn't have asked for a better place or experience. Good experience dealing with Beach Accomodations. Deffinitely do it again.
